We now have all the information to fix your transaction when resources allow. I'm sorry but we have to prioritize valid transactions over those that have erroneous data in them. It is the errors / wrong data submitted by customers that takes up much of our processing time.

Please give here your DGEX account number, txid, sending address and any data you deem useful. Your deposit must be one of those that have a customer input error as compared to the real transaction. I regret our backend emails are rejected by a lot of hosts thus the support replies do not reach you. This is being arranged ASAP.

You need to be more respectful and thankful theirs even a place to trade NXT instead of 1:1 which is a lot riskier.

So I've made a BTC deposit, which has been confirmed in the blockchain.  There is nothing under "View History" on dgex however.  Should I refill a cash out/deposit form?  Or am I done on my end until you have a chance to process? If it's of any help here is some info:

You sure did take notice that the roots of this exchange are shady, right? Do not freak out when your deposits disappear one day, even though I don't think that necessarily is now.

Even if it's described on the page that withdrawals can take up to 48 hours, this is not acceptable for doing business. Just increase your fee from 0.9 to 1.9% and hire someone to do the job.
