The deposit has now arrived. Thanks.

It's not clear how effective my posts here were in getting this cleared up. I had already used the "Contact Us" link on the site, with no results.

In fact they were not effective at all. All extra requests clutter the tasks list and slow down the process that can only be completed at a certain pace. Thanks for your patience anyway  Wink

Even if it's described on the page that withdrawals can take up to 48 hours, this is not acceptable for doing business. Just increase your fee from 0.9 to 1.9% and hire someone to do the job.
Automation is already partially implemented, catching up on the transactions nicely. That's a good suggestion - I promised to not apply trading fees or NXT fees before January so we'll maybe have to hike BTC cashout fee to compensate for the massive workload the exchange is giving me. Thanks.

Can I have a response about this?  It's been two days since I made the deposit.  Do you want more information or do you want me to re-enter the deposit?
We now have all the information to fix your transaction when resources allow. I'm sorry but we have to prioritize valid transactions over those that have erroneous data in them. It is the errors / wrong data submitted by customers that takes up much of our processing time.[quote

Are you going to credit my account back 0.01 BTC soon?  I've waited patiently.

You're correct in that we do not speak Russian.

We are still trying to find your deposits with the inappriate data received. It's announced on the deposit page that if you fail to enter the correct data, your account may be suspended. We are trying to help you out but cannot at this stage tell how it will turn out. thanks.

Did you receive anything from my account? I sent about 0.7 BTC - via cryptsy - but when I sent it via cryptsy I got an error - though the money is gone from cryptsy so perhaps it did go through? I do not see it in withdrawals on cryptsy. My account id is 222 . thx

No transactions on your account in our database, unfortunately. If you send BTC to the account listed on your deposit / cashout page, your account would be updated automatically when the BTC are received.

@GCInc.

After u get rid of manual work, u should enforce 24h deadline rule. Or one day u'll face a blockchain reorg that will "coincidentally" cancel a 1M+ deposit (that is already sold for BTC and withdrawn).

I created an account, logged in and the page looks like this.  Is this normal?  I already changed my password.  Also, currently, how long will a BTC deposit take to get my NXT coins?

In light of the recent success of this forum and NXT in general, I would like to host the first Giveaway/Fundraiser.

I requested to cash out my BTC this morning.  It is late evening and it has not yet been done.  In the meantime, I sat here watching the price of BTC plummet throughout the day without being able to sell.  Currently, my BTC sits in limbo and continues to lose value...all I can do is watch.

Don't get me wrong GCInc, I do appreciate the effort you put in running DGEX; however, there is an inherent risk in running an exchange in this manner.  I think you have provided fair warning as the site does state that cash outs "can take up to 48 hours to complete."  In that respect, I accept full blame...I should have been more responsible with where I held my BTC.

With that in mind, I will not be transferring further funds to DGEX until the site is fully automated.  I have lost a lot of potential profit due to the delay in cashing out.  I have no one to blame but myself, however, I will not make the same mistake again.

Yes, 48 hour is way too long. There was talk of near automation, but when there is waiting of 8+ hours even if you are in the same time zone as the provider and it's not the middle of the night, then it's not really workable. But there is currently no real alternative. Manual sales on Bitcoin talk are as cumbersome.
