Any idea when GCInc will be back?  BTC has dropped to under $700 USD.  I would have sold long ago if I had access to the BTC...but my cash out remains pending and there's nothing I can do.  I really hope BTC doesn't drop any further.  Sad

Same here, my cashout is pending for the last 29 hours. And even better, you can't initiate another withdraw while this one pending, you can't cancel it. The system really needs some work.

Now under 600.  The BTC I had on gdex has lost roughly half of its value and there is nothing I can do about it while I await the pending transfer.  I think I've officially reached a worst-case scenario.  Lesson learned...I will never use a non-automated exchange again.  This is all my fault. Sad

It's probably for your own good, because when they are finally withdrawn, they'll be worth 1000 again. While if you had them now, you'd sell under 600 Smiley

Not at all.  I saw the writing on the wall and sold all my other BTC at $900; I willl be rebuying once I feel confident that BTC has hit its bottom.  I would have done the same with the BTC on dgex.  It's my fault, I should listened to that 48 hour special circumstances disclaimer.  I just didn't think there would be a special circumstance and BTC would tank at the same time.  I'm an idiot. So, why not at all. All I am saying is that by the time your BTC is withdrawn it'll probably be higher than it is now, and you can happily sell if you wish to at a higher price than now, probably for $900 as you originally intended. Fundamentals on BTC and other cryptos haven't changed, everything will return back to the uptrend once the weak hands and non-believers have been flushed.

Sorry to the OP, we shouldn't be flooding his thread.

Same here, my cashout is pending for the last 29 hours.
Most pending cashouts have now been processed, save a couple larger ones that will need further account audit. It really usually takes max 15 to 24 hours. The 29 hours single delay for Vega was by coincidence the longest we have had for transactions not having any discrepancies associated.

We are implementing automation, and have implemented to a degree already, however let me note that it's not feasible to enable instant processing for all withdrawals. No exchange does that any more after numerous of them, many large ones have fallen due to hacking of hot wallet (used for live withdrawals) and spectacular losses.

So, I hope you can see the bright side and be happy that your BTC is safe... and hey, don't sell it now! Smiley

Hi GCInc.  Can you please check the pending transfer on account 595?  Thank you.

Yes, it's one of the larger withdrawals still requiring manual audit in the current circumstances. Expect approx another 10 hrs from now for it to be completed, making the total processing time to approx 24 hrs which I consider reasonable. I know that may sound blunt and cannot go into further details - as a side note I foresee btc has probably bounced to near 900 by then.

In truth, normally the not automatic transaction is not really an issue for me, I can wait. The extra security worth it.
It was just bad luck the delay to happen now, and expecially with (some of) my coins that I use to trade with. I could've made about +20% bitcoin today with it. But stuff happens.
Keep up the good work.

Okay, I appreciate your honesty.  Regardless, I would've sold at ~$900 USD as I did with all my other BTC.  I just rebought at ~$610 USD.  That is a loss of roughly $290 USD per BTC. That is the risk I took in transferring funds to your exchange and you certainly made that risk clear.  I take full blame.  I should not have transferred so much to your exchange.  I feel like a dumbass right now. Guys, the exchange takes time to process everything,  but for now on my side it was never more than 24hours, and sometimes less than 3-4 hours, no panic. He is legit and from what i see in the last week he is trying to improve everything Smiley Just be patient you'll get your funds Smiley

I see the withdrawal in the blockchain.  Thank you.

Thanks! You may wish to put your referral url into the link to gain some fee % in the future from you downline.

I felt a psychological wave of relief while reading all the disclaimers... maybe because my subconscious realizes after reading those people's nervousness is already discounted when they decide to engage and all the doubt crap is not falling on us! Maybe I should put these on the DGEX site too?  Grin
