Deposits arrive as soon as the BTC transaction shows in the blockchain. You can't withdraw NXT til the BTC transaction is confirmed, though.

Tried email but did not get a response. I tried to withdraw a little over 24000 NXT two days ago, but I still don't see it in my NXT wallet. History shows this:
2013-12-10 16:35:17 NXT Withdrawal COMPLETED -24834.04000000
Account ID 1269. It was actually still showing as pending yesterday afternoon, not sure when it changed to completed. In either case, it's not in my wallet and I don't see any pending transactions in there either. Can you please look into this?

Two days is exaggeration, Dec 10th 16:35 is yesterday evening. It was marked completed when it was paid. Txid 9375558557409370372 please delete your nxt files and install the latest version, or look up the blockchain explorer. Thanks!

We have a problem with the NXT client interface in that some payments are being shown as sent, given transaction id but not included in the blockchain. Your tx may be one of them. This is a very unfortunate turn of events and is greatly adding to our workload currently, leading to further delays. |

I've been using the exchange for a couple of weeks now.
I was initially a bit suspicious but after having conducted many trades I couldn't be happier with the service.
Although withdrawals are processed manually, I always received them within a couple of hours.
I also like how BTC deposits are registered on the account as soon as they arrive on the block chain, not having to wait for confirmations. Lets me get right into trading without watching the confirmation count anxiously.
Was in a bit of a panic today watching the price increase rapidly from 0.000007'ish to 0.000015 with a 24 hour trade volume of 205 BTC! Good to see the price has recovered.
