Most of the time recently I can't log in DGEX.com.
I can open the homepage or see Markets, Fees, FAQ, etc, but can't log in.
Is it only me?

Anyone have the same result as me? I withdraw 0.94btc on 7th June 2014 4am(server time) from dgex, but I still have not receive my btc yet. I checked their website but I a post claiming he did not receive his btc https://nextcoin.org/index.php/topic,4857.msg44552.html#new My dgex account is 1445. If the admin of dgex see this message, please help to check. Thank you. |

Your withdrawal is from unknown IP address to unknown Bitcoin address. You need to please contact DGEX with a minimal deposit from one of your prior NXT accounts to confirm your account ownership and prevent unauthorized withdrawal. Thank you for your explanation. I think this is necessary to prevent money lost by hacking.  So i have already deposited some NXT using my usual account and messaged the official contact me page. Hopefully my fund will be released soon. Thank you. |

I have a Problem: Yesterday in the afternoon I sent 80000 FIMK from my account to DGEX-Account and when I tried to enter the token I generated with the FIMK-Client DGEX always said that it is not a valid FIMK-Token. So I wrote you a mail concerning this issue and have heard nothing. The FIMK are also not in my deposit  What can I do? Please help, thank you! |

Did you create the token and submit the deposit page, as advised there in the deposit process? For all the missing deposits, if the deposit token confirmation on the DGEX site did not work when you tried, please try again, as the FIMK server software may not be up at all times. Thank you. |

Why did you submit too many 10k deposits from your DGEX account and even one 100 000 FIM deposit? Please cancel the surplus deposits from your DGEX member account by clicking on the View pending orders button on your main screen, before we will be able to credit the rest. My dgex account also shows fimk deposit pending since 5th July and the transfer has been made and can be seen on Fimk blockchain. |

Please cancel the prior deposit request and make a new one. Couldn't find anywhere to cancel a pending deposit but I just made a new request with the amount that I sent previously. This is what the history page says: 2014-07-07 20:32:10 FIMK deposit PENDING 2014-07-05 15:58:44 FIMK deposit PENDING First one is the new request just made and last one is the old that wasn't credited before. |
