There is absolutely nothing revolutionary(from the technical standpoint) about crypto-rupee,
however one thing is certain, its not another shit-coin.
I have seen dev being active for few months now, with various good ideas. He was intending to make RUP in to a payback token at major Indian amazon-like website, concrete(that's what I call well established old services, refusing to develop new functions) was hard in this one they declined.
Did he(dev) stopped trying? No. Pool was secured, to ensure confirmation times.
He is actively encouraging community and still maintaining low profile here, IMO not a pump and dump.
This thing, being closely correlated with Indian fiat currency(name) has some good future ahead.
Why do I bump this? India ~1.000.000.000 people... well, go figure

yes, i worked for many coin campaigns , so far Crypto Rupee is definitely doing slow and steady.
Rupee on tradesatoshi.com is not so active , at least better on coinexchane.io anyways it seems Rupee going to be added on Nova exchange and i voted today. good luck Cryptorupee hope Rupee have a great future ahead

I love this new coin, I support this coin and I have great confidence that this coin will be worth high with total low supplay, active developers and good developments.

Rupee coin and Rupaya coin have similarity Ticker that is RUP.
But I learned better rupee, has many active trading market and developers. While Rupaya has been in residence developers since 2014 although now back but does not yet have a trading market.
Again you must know rupees (RUP) have in common ticker (not a problem)
