Hi Boon8, effectively yes it is a platform to help other people ICO easily. Our end goal is to build an ecosystem where project creators with good ideas can find project help via the service marketplace on the platform (similar to a bounty program) and also provide the legal support for the projects looking to ico.

Think of it as kickstarter v3.0 where we implement additional features such as
1) smart contracts with payment milestones which increase accountability.
2) service providers that you can pay with your project tokens.

Currently our product is still in development, so we are always happy to take feedback from our potential users on what additional features would be really good for them.
