Use Social Media for Bitcoin

So recently I was using this app called Instagram (in case some of you never heard of it) and I posted some pictures & videos related to Bitcoin on my Instagram Stories (Like that day when the price goes insanely high and keep going til now). Then 2 days ago some of my friends suddenly asked me about what Bitcoin is & how could the price goes up like that. And I was surprisingly glad to know that I've influenced some people to get to know Bitcoin. And then I introduced them to Bitcoin and answer their questions about it, there were 3 people asking about Bitcoin that day just because of this 1 post.

I mean why don't we just use this power of social media to make people aware about this Cryptocurrency, well I know that there are already some people doing this (like those YouTube channels).
But what I'm talking about here is to us to post something about Bitcoin on our social media, you can just at least post something like your first transaction with Bitcoin and share your story on your Facebook or take the picture of your book that you just bought from the internet using your Bitcoin and then post it on your Twitter.

Don't be afraid to share your experience, you won't get hurt by doing it!(at least not now)

I really like your story. I'm glad that your post in Instagram will become a curious for the other people. I really appreciate what you have done. Because of you many there are people who wants to learn what is bitcoin and what bitcoin can do.

I posted on facebook about 3 days ago that i was so regret selling my bitcoin when it was 280 dollars and the price is 1500 dollars at this point, then some of my friend asked me about mainstream question "what is bitcoin?" "how to get it?" etc.. many of them are interested but i didn't recommend them to buy it, I mean i don't want to turn my friend to be a speculators that just buying bitcoin and hold untill they rich then dump the price. I really want them to use bitcoin as an real adopter using it as an currency, anyway i'm also using instagram like you op, but mostly my friends are gilrs they really don't care about it.

Social media is very effective to spread the word about bitcoin to all people.Using social media to get the attention of our friends about Bitcoin is a good idea but it depends on the type of friends that you have. If majority of your friends are not open to new things and like to use the mainstream then theres a low chance that your post will be noticed

Agreed type of friends will matter a great deal!
Social media is really a powerful tool and if used correctly it would be easy for our own friends to get to use use bitcoin as we have vouched
for the virtual currency to be legit with a real life examples like buying a book which would startup a chain reaction and reach not only our friends
but a larger audience

I haven't had much luck yet with facebook, none of my friends on there are into bitcoin (I need to find more facebook friends lol)-  I do have fun on twitter with bitcoin, and then there are the reddit forums.  I'll have to check out instagram for btc related stuff

You know there are already persons who did that kind of activity and that is present since then. Social medias are being used for some crypto related exposure for long time now.

In my experience, I just posted the bitcoin price back then (I think when the price hits $500 and got some comments like "what is that all about" or "what is bitcoin". I think around 10 persons asked me some related question to my post. But as usual, only 2 or 3 I think got hooked and eager to learn what bitcoin is. So in general, no matter what platform we used to advertise bitcoin, it will still depends on the eagerness of the person that will reached by the ads.

yes social media is too much important for the success and promotion of bitcoin. as most of the people are using social medial sos most of the people are still there who do not know about bitcoin and therefore they can get good knowledge about bitcoin and will hopefully start using it.

I quite agree with you and social media is a great tool to make things happen and that is why we all have twitter and facebook campaigns for some projects coming into mainstream but the issue about the crypto is that we always prefer our anonymity so that it wont be traced to us but I have equally seen friends who have talked about it on their facebook page and I admire their courage which has even prompt me to even make further enquiries from them.

yes social media is too much important for the success and promotion of bitcoin. as most of the people are using social medial sos most of the people are still there who do not know about bitcoin and therefore they can get good knowledge about bitcoin and will hopefully start using it.

Social media is better but not like TV channels as on social media if a person do not understand any thing then he do not go for that while on TV a person get interest n that product so if bitcoin is being promoted on TV channel then it is sure that in that area more than 90% people will start to learn about bitcoin within that day.

Social Media can also be a good way to trigger some awareness to other people. They might get interested in what you are doing after reading your post about it and ask what is bitcoin etc. But I think after they ask things about bitcoin, it's better to explain it personally and show them in actual how you use bitcoin and explain it in the best way possible that they would easily understand.

I too suggest blogging and information through other sources rather providing through social media. The reason is same that people are interested to get information to earn in a short as well several users promote their scam plans of cheating users which easily makes a negativity.

I am not really a big fan of social media as most of the things I see there are just for entertainment and if it not something that they call “viral”, people tend to forget rather easily. I am more of an offline person who would rather discuss things personally with friends over beer and great food. But I am all for supporting those who have the initiative to make bitcoin as visible to as big an audience as possible and would be willing to do my share if necessary.

social media is a good way to introduce bitcoin to people. as most of the people using social media so in we advertise bitcoin so it will reach to every corner of the world very soon and hope that very soon most of the people will start benefit from bitcoin. although in modern countries people have already started using bitcoin but in backward countries people still need to introduce bitcoin to them, so that they can also get benefit from it.

Using social media though the purpose of spreading the information with regards to bitcoin advantages, and the income that they can benefit by using it and promoting digital currency to the world. Most importantly if you are doing social media campaigns that's been influencing your followers and friends to join what you're currently being involved with, and they've became more interested to communicate you for any questions that needs your answers in order for them to learn your ways. So this is the best way of bitcoin educating people who wanted another platform of money making using digital values like bitcoin.

I agree to the idea, but I feel if the purpose of doing this is to invite people and encourage them to join bitcoin/crypto world, then only positive experiences and success stories should be posted, because if people start posting everything, including the high losses and big risks, then I'm sure it won't be much attractive to a novice and people will more likely stay away from it.

I think i just saw btc advertised in youtube. So i guess its better to advertise in the net or social media than in tv's or radios cause only netezins are willing to sit for hoy many hours then have profit.
