Block reward is now at 50, so I don't really see the point in mining anymore.

indeed the initial point was to move the chain i will be kicking the reward up very shortly now that we have an idea of the immediate size of the community at the moment i need to fire up a wallet and see if the chains moving or if i am in build a pool mode

I have been mining the past days with 330KH/s. Trying to keep it alive! Also, me and Hanzou might have a pool together here soon. We have been going back and forth and might be close to a p2pool being operational.

i allready tried to setup a p2pool node, but havent got it running yet, could you guys point me to your github repo ? i might be able to help. i was running dogecion sexcoin and other p2pool nodes in the past- at least for doge i could provide a way to merge mine doge along with flappy.

wb Flapmin Cheesy

I have my node up since some weeks now, but only mining a 20 minutes / day.
unfortunaly i havent got a linux node running yet, as my debian vserver simply is too old (squeeze),
i dont want to upgrade it as it is also running my ts3 server since some years. i managed to compile the wallet on ubuntu however, m,ight look into renting a cheap vserver to get the blockcrawler to a external node rather then to a node running in my local network. OR, if any of you guys would have a (EMPTY!) node running on a dedicated server, i would be happy to point the blackcrawler there -.

one Question: as it seems, flappy was originally created from litecoin source, is it possible to get the code to the actual codebase ?

Don't try to take off too much at a time. Just do what you can at your own speed, everyone is working together and I'm sure it'll all work out. Thanks for coming back and working hard to keep this coin alive.
