I agree with your all points. Cash has more value than bitcoin. I think there's a reason behind it. People are using cash and paper money from start they have all knowledge about it. But to understand bitcoin you need someone to give info about it. Most of people don't want to learn new things, Maybe bitcoin can replace paper money if everyone start using it and only it will be possible when government start accepting it openly.

Paper money can never stay on top always and will be overcome completely by digital currency one day.
