Thanks, but I'd still like to use BitcoinWisdom. just tried cryptowat.... not working in palemoon... cant find how to change the black backround... my vote goes to bitcoinwisdom too.. In the upper right corner of the upper right box there is a gear icon with a dropdown. When you mouse over the gear, the dropdown opens and the middle box in the top row has "Theme" in it, where you can change it. I'm using albuquerque.

Thanks everyone who has suggested alternative charting websites. They have some nice features and I will definitely consider using them. However, I want to look at altcoin charts too! Most of these other sites focus mainly on BTC and maybe LTC and without much coverage for other coins.
What I'd really like to see: 1. Wisdom gets fixed 2. Recommendations for sites that cover a broad range of altcoins too.
Thanks.

I agree. I used trading view exclusively for awhile. It can be nice to have all the fancy indicators but I have found that they just get in the way. Seeing Bitcoinwisdom fixed would be the best solution. crypto watch's way they draw lines just doesn't work for me.

I have used Bitcoinwisdom as a charting app for over a year now and have never had an issues with it!
This morning I had a tab on Firefox reserved for Bitcoinwisdom (as usual) and noticed that i was not logged in on Bitcoinwisdom... so i decided to actually log in for a change.
BIG MISTAKE!!!
Since then i constantly get the following error message for most exchanges:
Load failed, retry after 5 seconds.
Probably Reason BitcoinWisdom is temporary down Domain is not bitcoinwisdom.com Network issue
I say MOST and not all, because if i click on Huobi then it actually downloads all data and displays all data/graphics as per normal. However, if i click on any of the other exchanges on the front page, eg. Bitstamp, BTC-e, Bitfinex then i get the above error!
After restarting my PC a few times and seeing the problem persisted, I tried to find a solution to this by googling... one solution which seemed to come up a few times was to change my DNS settings to that of Google (USA). But that has not worked!!
I am now DESPERATE to find a solution to this!! Please help....
I seriously doubt logging in has anything to do with it...but did you try after logging out and removing cookies/cache ?? Now that'd be a good test. I have the same problem from last night ... it must be a problem in your server

Hi BitcoinWisdom devs,
When I had problems with your site there was a link at the bottom "Send Feedback" that sent me here. Now I see that several others are experiencing the same issue. Please be professional and post some information here so that we know that you are working on the problem.
Thank you.

Same problem here. Bitstamp, BTC-e, and Bitfinex give me that error, but Huobi does not. Logging out doesn't help.
I have the exact same issue where only Huobi works. A friend I believe in NL or BE said that its working fine for him today (1 hour before this post). I wonder if someone mistyped some IP filter and blacklisted ARIN addresses or maybe they just did not want the NSA to be able to incorporate their charts into PRISM

I was having the same problem with Bitcoinwisdom's USD markets not loading.
"Probably Reason BitcoinWisdom is temporary down Domain is not bitcoinwisdom.com Network issue" appeared when I tried loading Bitfinex, BTC-e, Bitstamp, and Coinbase.
They may be doing location-based load balancing.
When I turned on my VPN, everything started working again.
Try a VPN.

Ok, thank God I am not alone! I thought maybe I wa alone on this issue. I am having the same exact error on Bitcoinwisdom.com, as all of the rest of you. This is on EVERY chart. I cleared my browser cache, and even flushed and reset my client resolver cache. This is on all devices, Windows and Android devices, PCs and Tablets. I share the frustration wit the rest of you The other alternative sites are better than nothing, but, they are not as user friendly as BTCWisdom. Tradingview.com doesn't even have Fibonnaci rettracement or fans! The charts look nice, but not as functional, in my opinion. Another thing, I spent a couple of hours searching Google, before I finally found this forum thread. Btcwisdom.com dev team, dont you think you could have made it a tad bit easier for us to request help ?? Why even have a login page, if people have to hunt down a way to notify you of support issues. You have a great product, PLEASE try to have a level of support that matches that of your product. I sure hope you find a quick resolution to this dilemma. Many of us are feeling very dysfunctional at the moment. I'll be watching for the fix. Bitcaptain

Not a plug for Tradingview but they have many more indicators and tools than any other charting site I have been on. Make an account and you can save different charts that suit different purposes. Retracement and fans can be found on the left hand side of a chart.

The "Send feedback" link at the bottom of the chart directs to this thread. The site owner is usually responds very quickly. He may be traveling or something. "Last Active: 2015-02-04, 15:04:05"

Academic interest in bitcoin only. Not owner, not trader, very skeptical of its longterm success.

JorgeStolfi and jsCoin, thanks for your replies! I appreciate all your help. I followed the advice of others and downloaded/Config'd an Open Source VPN GUI, for Europe. I now have the Bitcoinwisdom charts back up and working. I suppose I was a little rash with my comments. I will remember the send feedback link next time.
