LiteCoin Officially Alive...Now Jumping

I invest a little of my BTC into LiteCoin for the past month and so far so good. I got them at the $11 level and right now it shoot up to the $36 level...and I can feel that many LiteCoiners are so happy with the result more so that for the past three days or so it showed some red signs in coinmarketcap website.

Now...my question (and a prayer also) is this: Would it be possible for LiteCoin to reach the $100 level maybe 3 months from now?

Let's wait and see but it does seem a possibility although how probable I'm not entirely sure. Looks good so far though.

I love it, all those talks and multiple threads about LTC death now make me laugh. I have never doubt that LTC can restore on 10$ , but this is quite surprising now! Don't ever underestimate coin with good hash-rate and solid support, this is my conclusion!

I've been holding for quite some time, I'm still not selling, these markets are pretty crazy and $100 LTC is a real possibility.

I will continue holding litecoin, even if it loses 50% of current value I'm still in big profit.

Price of litecoin increased​ because of the activation of segwit on litecoin and it is good adoption in litecoin network
 many people made investments in litecoin up to marketcap of litecoin increased​ too,
in my prediction litecoin's price is still increasing up to $50/LTC because couples years ago resistance area around $50
and i am doubt it will be $100 in 3 months from now.

Well at least we can hear litecoin in further bitcoin flucatuations. Honestly also it is just now that revently i am hearing about LTC's price in the market cap. Cause even then ethereum was the new one Litecoin and dogecoin where the ones next to Btc. Also probably this coins need more investors. Well this is also a good advertisement for litecoin. Lets hope it goes up in a month.

All of people who said litecoin is die just made speculation about litecoin without any analysis fundamental,
 in my opinions they just made analysis technical for making prediction died or alive litecoin.
Unfortunately their analysis were wrong and litecoin is still alive until today also litecoin's price is increasing
many users said because of the activation segwit.

iamnotback is at least sure ltc will reach $100 some day. And I agree with him.
It all depends a lot of segwit implementation. When will it occur? Will everything go fine? If yes, the price is likely to grow as the currency will become better and more known. Then, perhaps, we can see $100 a month after Segwit.
I think litecoin is a great investment anyway, so don't even think to sell them now! You're lucky you bought some for $11. I didn't and now I wait till the price goes down and I can buy some.

I'd say no, not unless there is evidence that people are actually using segwit. (Of course there may be a pump or two to try to get to $100, but don't bet on it).

I'd say no, not unless there is evidence that people are actually using segwit. (Of course there may be a pump or two to try to get to $100, but don't bet on it).

Litecoin has already seen it's pump. now it's going to decline back to it's normal $4 price

It will decline but it needs to retest some support levels before climbing back up if ever.

i see no reason for that, just your spreading fud, bitcoin is still on bull run like other altcoin, and segwit is active, maybe yes the segwit hype will fade away in the end, but the value won't return to where was before, another increase is possible with the current premise and features that segwit bring to the table

Huh? It's already activated and the first transaction is already on the chain. Info on the reddit.

2 hours later, someone also performed the first Lightening Networks transactions on the LTC main net to show it can be done even though it's not ready for full roll out yet (video posted on reddit and there was another post about it today on there).. So really, it's "done". Probably why the price is sitting there and no one knows which way it should go lol.
