Today i requested BTC withdrawals to two separate BTC address , 3 hrs ago and 1 hr ago, both not processed yet.
BTC withdrawals are supposed to process instantly and it is not expected from coinsecure to delay such transactions.

All are facing this issue due to queues on the blockchain.

Bitcoin needs to scale or this problem will get worse.
Another cause of the delay is when our hot wallet also needs to confirm once we do a topup.
The system does not release funds till the internal confirmations complete as well.
Wasn't much of a problem before, but with network delays, its adding to the problems.

The system does not release funds till the internal confirmations complete as well.
Wasn't much of a problem before, but with network delays, its adding to the problems.

Withdrawal should not be a problem if u have confirmed fund in your hot wallet. All u have to pay fee as per current standard, i.e. https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx, if u want fast confirmation of withdrawal amount.

If u dont have fund in your hot wallet, all u need to do is send fund as per current standard as mentioned before. The whole process should not be delayed more than one hour in any way, unless u have your own process related constraint.

Withdrawal should not be a problem if u have confirmed fund in your hot wallet. All u have to pay fee as per current standard, i.e. https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx, if u want fast confirmation of withdrawal amount.

If u dont have fund in your hot wallet, all u need to do is send fund as per current standard as mentioned before. The whole process should not be delayed more than one hour in any way, unless u have your own process related constraint.

We dont keep too much funds in trade hot wallet.
But we do pay more or same fee as recommended.
We double spend stuck transactions as well if over a certain time.

Wont be increasing the HW funds at the moment for sure. Only safe and manageable funds are stored online.
This is the main reason why we have set a disclaimer for upto 24 hrs on a withdrawal.

Are you serious really ? Did you even notice the unconfirmed Blockchain transaction amount before you start accusing CS ?

Anyways i see CS Down for maintenance now .

CS is up now and working as normally. Yeah the unconfirmed transactions were really hurting people since many were waiting for hours for their transfers to be processed. Even now there is 100000+ unconfirmed transaction. So even now if you withdraw expect it approx 6 hours it may take

All previously requested withdrawals are processed withing few hours, but why this is taking so much of time ?

May I know when are you going to process them?

Coinsecure gives you highest rates to sell Bitcoin in India but I felt the process of kyc n adding a bank is tedious with them, so I preferred Zebpay in my early days and still using it. Withdrawals are processed within a day if you request in their working hours.

Coinsecure gives you highest rates to sell Bitcoin in India but I felt the process of kyc n adding a bank is tedious with them, so I preferred Zebpay in my early days and still using it. Withdrawals are processed within a day if you request in their working hours.

I know they provides best rate as they are only pure exchange in India, but i want to ask a question to @Benson Samuel that what are your working days and timing for your Banking Partner? Can i expect my funds to be deposited today itself or do i need to wait till Monday ?

Firstly if you call them there call is always busy . Reaching them itself is a huge problem . Secondly thier withdrawals are delayed by around 2 days . Thirdly their site itself is so slow that it takes times to even get the data on the page. Is CS is losing its way in this rise .

Our user load seems to double every week.
No matter what we do to compensate for the load, it just keeps going up.

Our best option at this stage is to reboot what we have done and do a rewrite to ensure much bigger loads.
Looking for a more experienced team to clean up UI bugs, etc as well.

None are quick fixes at all.
We have done some more updates to limit data flow from API, etc. Hopefully, we can see some results this week, but am confident that user load will grow to fill the limits we have changed.

We have been held up with withdraws and deposits for fiat as well thanks to these rising numbers.

I need time to fix these tech issues as we never expected such a big bump up in users across such a short time.

Rest assured, we will be better than before in no time.

I can understand your concern but from the customer point of view it's quite frustrating as I'm waiting for my funds since 2 days and still your reply seems unclear to me and i didn't got answer to my queries. Email responses also not satisfactory to me, as they keep replying the same thing that it will be done soon, please wait for some time.

Ah scala. I cant imagine how difficult it would be to find good scala developers in India. I learnt a bit of scala while i was in college, left it as there were much scala opportunities in India but it was pretty new then.

Do you not have any development server where you can do your website development and then port it to your production server. I have been trying to complete a trade from yesterday night and everytime I get "we are updating" what does take so much time to just update.
Do you mind sharing some kind of data of  simulateous users on your website which is causing so much issue.
Also your app also does not work when website is down .It keeps trying to fetch order book and then fails.

I'm yet to receive my withdrawal that was placed on 18th May. I can see that the website is down since 2 days and hence now am using unocoin for my withdrawals. When will coinsecure resolve these issues. Earlier they used to process withdrawals within 3-4 hours if done before NEFT closes.

I was away this weekend but seems like CS down over 2 days now . Well Benson at least you guys need to send out email to all customers before any more panic happens . CS is known for the fastest withdrawal and i hope it come back to its position soon enough . More delay cause more panic cause of bitcoin price rise and volatility in this moment . That is really cool to hear there are many people coming into bitcoin in India and it is really sad to see the site going down when the price was breaking all the records and to capitalize on these rallies,hope you guys are having a huge job at hands to handle the massive traffic because if a small percentage of users starts investing in bitcoin it will surpass every other exchanges because of the population we have.
Any news about the legalization stuff going around in India.Will the government pass new laws to regulate bitcoin and other alt coins.

Sadly CS is the most used BTC Exchange in India . Load is most on them , but kudos to CS that they still provide best rate and fees to their customers . I also hate to wait but we have to wait until this fixed , as benson  mentioned it should be sorted asap .

But most opinions being shared point to a positive verdict.

I doubt a total ban, but we are expecting painful KYC and more disclosure clauses to come in.

If you keep going down like this for days after taking lakhs or crores of users' money, you will face difficult regulatory issues and it will be bad for Bitcoin in India. You are doing Bitcoin a disservice in India with these down times. Why can't you put extra investment/money and fix it once and for all instead of trying to get the bare minimum all the time? When you run a website like this doubling the servers is probably the minimum upgrade you can get.

You save a few thousands on your servers but lose lakhs from customers going to other trading sites.

I got the mass email regarding the server load issue and that their trading platform would be down for a few days. It also said all withdrawals will be processed within the next 24 hours but clearly that didn't happen since many of us are still waiting. They should send another follow up email regarding the delay and provide a fresh estimate. An email stating that "We have processed withdrawals till XX-MAY-2017 so far" is all it takes to calm frayed nerves. Most international online businesses do that when there are unexpected delays.

Not just withdrawal but inr deposits are also delayed. And their customer support is zero. Phone lines always busy. No ETAs anywhere. App is dead slow.

Load is a semi fixed issue now.. Few more changes and we should be able to accomodate a lot more.
Last few days has been very stable even under heavy load.
Things will be back to normal very soon. Queues looking much thinner,
We have also rejected a lot of old KYC, where we were unable to call verify the user..
This also reduces a lot of load on compliance, so all should be back on track soon.

Think INR deposits and withdraws should be back on track by 2nd or 3rd.

Well I can understand a business having scaling problems due to circumstances beyond their control. All businesses face roadblocks at some point but their lack of customer support is truly alarming. Nobody ever answers the phone or replies to emails!! BTCXIndia and Zebpay are better in this regard since they always respond to customers. Infact many customers would be willing to put up with higher fees and spreads just because of the superior customer support.

All businesses value repeat customers but I don't think you can ever gain customer's trust in the long term with zero customer support. When customers are faced with abnormal delays in transaction and a lot of money is at stake, they will naturally freak out if company refuses to pick up the phone or reply to emails.

I just hope that CS gets back to the normal business mode. Because its is one of the most reputed in India and if it suffers mostly new users who have just invested or plans to open account may get worried about it and may also panic about situation in India.

When you send funds from a coinsecure - coinsecure account, it will be offchain, so no tx id will be generated on a public blockchain.
This is available for wallet - wallet and wallet - exchange.

coinsecure's website is down the whole day! Message - we will be back soon Please visit our mobile app - I cant find their mobile app on IOS - does coinsecure have a IOS app?

Its been 2 full days since my withdrawal request - NO RESPONSE to my email yet

How long does it usually take for coinsecure to process withdrawals ?   if coinsecure is this slow they kill any arbitrage opportunities

How are other exchanges(zebpay, unocoin) withdrawal timelines?

As much of the site uses so you can get 2-3 hours in bitcoin for a long period of time to get the money for security as soon as it gets into the bank.

I think this. shouldn't happen as it will act as suppresor to the growing btc interest in india
