You have to upgrade your Windows version it is not possible to provide support for such an old version. There is complete list of available wallets you can try it on your PC maybe it will work for you.

If you're going by CMC volume, it's not been accurate for the past few days or so as WGR was recently listed on CoinSuper but CMC hasn't updated with that info yet.

I don't remember exactly, but CMC tends to wait days to get enough statistics before adding new exchanges in to list of available exchanges (on Market tab).
And, only exchanges with high volume for specific coins will be added into the list.

Yes, big exchanges (especially top ones) will help Wagerr has bigger total volume.
Bigger liquidity also means to higher chances to see good upwards movements.
It obviously takes time for Coinsuper to show its impacts.

The team is almost forgot to make it list on some interesting exchanges at the moment it is trading on unknown low volume exchanges. People have much higher expectation from this project but it seems we have to wait for few more months to get some advantages from this project.
