Destroying fees has two main effects that are valuable for the Wagerr economy.

• The first and main effect is gradual reduction of the coin supply over time. The reduction of the coin supply is accelerated as bettors adopt Wagerr as their platform of choice for sports betting, because more betting means more fees. And more fees means more coins are burned.
  
• The second effect is more subtle. Destroying fees protects the price of Wagerr for the user by self-adjusting. When the exchange price of WGR declines, a $100 USD (for instance) actually requires the user to bet more WGR coins than if the price is high. The size of the fee (and therefore the number of coins burned) rises proportionally to the decline in the price of WGR. The effect, over time, is to automatically rebalance supply and demand.
  

48% of the betting service fee is destroyed.
50% goes to the Oracle Masternode network.
The remaining 2% goes to a fund dedicated for Wagerr development.
