wtf are you talking about ? what decentralization ? did you even saw their TOS ? https://wagerr.com/TermsofService.1.1.pdf

"The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions of Use (our “Terms”), the Privacy and Transparency Statement, and any and all other agreements between you and us: “Client,” “Customer,” “User,” “You,” and “Your” refer to you, the person accessing wagerr.com, the website of Wagerr Limited, and accepting our Terms. “The Company,” “Wagerr,” “wagerr.com,” “Ourselves,” “Website,” “We,” and “Us” collectively refer to the .."

So - where is the plan for Wagerr from here? After the ICO ends, when will the coins be exchanged, and when will they hit the market/exchanges for the first time?
They will negociate with WS and other stock markets from EU so you could dump your coins for $1mil .. just joking ,this is gonna be another ICO scam just watch

What makes you say that? This is probably the best run ICO i've seen in a long time - and the market of sports betting has lots of untapped potential.

And I just saw that the tokens will most likely head over to the waves platform. Solid decision i must say. Good Dev team makes me want to really believe and HODL on this project!
the fact that you are new in crypto makes you very vulnerable to this kind of scams ,there are lot of examples on the forum just use the search bar

I have invested in this ICO so I hope it works but I must say that there are some red flags that could indicate a potential scam. I guess we will see.

I'm curious what are some of the red flags you've noticed that have gone unanswered? Have you addressed the concerns on their slack?

If you have done some due diligence you should be able to identify at least a couple question marks as well. I have purchased over 100k wagerr tokens so I definitely hope everything works out but it is just a pure gamble in my eyes until we see the demo wallet or some source code of any kind. White paper didnt give any technical insight into the project but rather just a more in-depth explanation of exactly whats on the website. The domain appears to be registered behind a proxy and provides no legitimate company address... and talking about the "company" I urge you to provide some registration info on Wagerr Ltd as the stated company of David/Wagerr. I have not been able to find any so I would love if someone could get that info for me. Do you know the company registration info? Country? Address? City? Do you know when "Wagerr ltd" was registered as a company and in what jurisdiction? These are just a couple questions of mine. I have already purchased so it is out of my hands at this point.

I have been around long enough to see several promising projects disappear just as quickly as they arrived. Again, I have a good chunk of money invested into Wagerr but dont invest anything you cant afford to lose entirely, especially if we are discussing crypto projects.

Please, see if this works: http://wagerr.com.websiteoutlook.com/

Here's what I dug from Slack:

Company Name:       Wagerr Limited

Certificate:        165,947

Incorporated:       27/03/2017

Capital:            50000 USD

Registered Office:  New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3 ½ Miles Philip S.W. Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize

Register Address:   New Horizon Building, Ground Floor, 3 ½ Miles Philip S.W. Goldson Highway, Belize City, Belize

Accounts Address:   Unit 25A, 25 Floor, Wing Hing Commercial Building, 139 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

Annual Fees Due:    02/01/2018

............................................................................... ............

They posted here earlier mentioning company address:
http://www.newsbtc.com/2017/05/18/wagerr-sports-betting-blockchain/

Here's an article mentioning Belize City, although a paid article but worth reading.
https://steemit.com/wagerr/@followbtcnews/ceo-of-wagerr-discusses-new-fully-decentralized-sportsbook-ico-begins-june-1

Their Linkedin:
https://www.linkedin.com/company-beta/22301268/
so this is an offshore company lol ,I hope some of you will recover at least a part of their investment

Wrong! This is an international company with no boundaries. Only onshore companies can be chased by governments. Company means centralization. In fact, decentralization and all cryptocurrencies are not even companies. And this is what makes you here today!

And what the fuck are you twisting about? You're a genius with a three years old  brain. Can any of us common idiots understand what you want to say? If you regret that it is too late now to get that greedy early bird, I don't mind to sell you a Wagerr or two to stuff your ass!  Cheesy

You've signed many agreements with similar terminology for purchasing properties through your whole life, have any of your possessions been centralized or communized by any sellers or intermediaries so far?

Either contact support at support@wagerr.com or just make a new account if you have not already purchased anything.

Love the website and read the white paper. I like the head to head betting process, and currently use Betfair, but this seems way better. Looking forward to seeing the end result as an investor. Good luck

Securing Round 18 would be important:

"Securing funding for this round ensures that the Wagerr team integrates into the wallet direct multi-coin and fiat<->WGR exchange service."

-> Not that I don't think 20 rounds will be sold in 14 days.

FIAT is the top keyword here. Direct + multi-coin and fiat+ wallet. Another revolutionary lead. Sorry I'd have to whip your ass again so that you'd make it beautifully.

Im confused about people being worried about it being offshore?... most of the ICO's ive seen are offshore to prevent regulation, and this one is even more important that it is offshore.  Every betting website i deal with is offshore. At least in my country, thats why i need wagerr.

It's more like one troll that's FUDing up the thread now...probably so we will sell our WAGR to him for "0.045 cents". I don't find anything suspicious or out of the norm from them being offshore. I had some concerns when i first started reading up on the project but they were largely put to rest after asking around on their slack.

I have approx 40 000WGR.

I am interested in a detailed review of the professional background of all team members. Where is that accessible for the common investor?

Thank you.

Of course , now the expression of opinion is called trolling ? most likely you're a paid (or not) shill registred few days ago ,promoting just ICO's on this board, and you're not the only one .Thats one of the reasons to stay away from this and you can keep your wagr's to yourself , if you even have some..

I stated I have a sizable position in the ICO so there is no trolling going on here lol Do some research and you will see there is no FUD in what I wrote. All valid points.

On top of that... you cannot sell your Wagerr at this point considering there is no wallet, blockchain or exchange for that matter so no I am not looking to purchase anyone's token... there is no actual product behind the concept yet.

and to avoid taxes which is not legal also

I took this from official website
"The world needs Wagerr. Millions of people bet billions of Dollars every year. And when they bet on sports in the underground market,..."

this is nonsense, the company is registered in Belize offshore and offshore itself is considered "underground"

Gambling is by far one of the best ideas for the block chain and this highly experienced team have custom made the sports betting industry to fit in the block chain like a glove. Definitely a game changer.  Gambling is a drug to many people and they cannot help but to feed the beast, at least this way they can do it in a safe, fair and comfortable way as well as increase their chances of success, not to mention the way It is set up you really don't have to gamble to make a small fortune especially if you are an early adopter and hold for the long run.

Which exchanges are you planning to be on?

Many people getting in on this ICO are noobs and screwed up by sending ETH/BTC directly from an exchange like Coinbase.  I was one of them.  Support was very quick to help me recover the funds by reviewing the transaction ID from etherscan.

Does this mean Wagerr just wrote off the transaction fees that I didn't add to my purchase from coinbase?  I'm surprised they'd be willing to do that for so many people who have done the same thing.  Makes me a little skeptical...

"Ensure" is a poor choice of words....or one way to keep the hype up.  No amount of funding ensures anything gets done.  There could be delays, cost overages of earlier parts of the project that impact the ability to complete implementation of the exchange.

Not trying to peddle FUD.  I'm in on Wagerr but, working for an accounting firm, I'm sensitive to the word "ensure."
