I have a curiosity...
In a month on this website all that i saw are gambling discussion, idiot scam accusations and so on...
This topic is about how fair are the casinos...Why do you care? If the fair system is ok or so on...you will lose money legally same shit..
If a casino is fair with what is helping you? When you go to a casino and play on slots you will ask the girls if the bet you did is fair?

people go to a real casino to have fun for just being there, and if they want money they will play some real games like Poker not slots. and also they have no way of knowing if a game in a casino is legit or not.
but when it comes to an online gambling site, there are very easy ways of verifying the bets and making sure you are not being ripped off so why shouldn't we take the chance and demand a provably fair system that is legit?
and trust me, there are a lot of real scammers out there trying to rob you of your bitcoin. and we care because we don't want to just hand them our money easily.

I registered, deposited 0.xxx and double -> withdraw... I saw users playing with strategies and shits continously. Why do you care? I am roulete player so I know when I am going to a casino what I am doing when I leave, there are 80% of losing. |

your main question was not about winning or losing in a casino. from what i understand from the first post, it is about these casinos being fair or not and why people care about them being fair. imagine it like this, in an unfair dice site you go there make a bet and win. you are happy and deposit more if your deposit (even first one) is big enough the unfair site gives you a roll number that you lose so they can take your money from you. so if you lose that is someone ripping you off. on a fair site if you lose it is your luck. these two should be clear enough to care about the casino being fair. |

Short answer: I would rather be hurt with the truth than comforted with a lie. We care because it is the right thing to do. To learn what is going behind the scenes. I would be much more content if I knew that I lost fair and square and not because someone cheated me. |

Of course it matters. A lot. With a game that is fair, you know the odds and the chances are that you'll win or lose close to these correct odds. Firstly, casinos are regulated by the government and they've to adhere to certain rules in order to ensure the games are fair. If you ever find out a casino is cheating, there will be legal repercussions for the casino and even a lawsuit. Secondly, yes, when people go to a casino, they do try to make sure the games are fair by checking the cards, especially in blackjack, baccarat, poker etc. You can request that the dealer open brand new decks of card and inspect them. But of course, slots are much harder to check, but there're definitely laws the casinos have to go by in their slots games. |

I believe to street casinos, such as the casino in Monaco or other famous one and big one. But I am really doubt in online casinos, cause of here you really can mix the results or play with your friends on one table destroying others all together - nobody will noticed that. All that doesn't keep me away from online gambling actually. I gamble with those bitcoins that the signature campaign pays me and I don't afraid to lose this money, mostly because of it's actually not so big. And gambling is just fun for me, the thing that helps me to kill my free time and entertain.

If this is all about fair and why we do care about gambling? I think for others they always care if the site is provably fair or not because they are just wasting their time while they are playing for nothing.. but for others they are just gamble for fun not making any profit they are ok if they are lose a lot even the site is not provably fair but for me we need always to check if its if provably fair or not that is why we are care about fair.

Take the most obvious situation. You join a new online casino, send in money, play, and are unable to withdraw, they just took your money.
Would that be possible in the real casino? When you have your chips in hand you can exchange them whenever you like, even come the next day or in a week and they will never say no.

Correct, and that is why we always want to know if it is fair. Online casino are sprouting anywhere, and some are fly by the night who are eager to get your bitcoins. For online casino I just play also for entertainment only. Just killing the time until I become sleepy. I think in land base casino, they have an audit from government, since they are regulated but who knows, corruption is also rampant. |

that is right and i am agree with you, for telling gamblers or other people, they can know where is legit casino and they can join with us to playing gambling. but although the casino is legit, its not guarantee that you can win with easy, you still need to trying with your luck. at least if the casino is legit, we can playing gambling with safe and we don't have to be afraid if somehow the casino is run away with our money because todays, many casino that do this and they abandon their members and only wants their money. |

an online casino working with bitcoin and set up by an unknown, anonymous person on the interenet on the other side of the world doing it from his parents basement through TOR,... and being not fair means he will rob you blind and you'll have no way of finding him.
a real casino which is regulated and its owners are known and is following some laws, if it cheats there will be legal repercussions as michaelch said and they will risk getting their casinos closed.

So you mean to say that when a person is playing with his money he should not even verify the facts that it's a safe site, or its heavily rigged? The sites you went are reputable and they do have a fair methods, but you try a luck at a casino which is not fair, and you will cry out here despite every one telling you that fair method is a must. Again just cause you made few earnings doesn't mean anything, luck can change, and before you challenge this strategies, it is these strategies that have made people rich and poor also lol. You really need to learn the basis of gambling, be careful out there! |

I haven't gamble in a physical casino but if I did, I won't ask if my bets are provably fair. Imo if a casino(online) isn't fair it helps me to avoid more losses because who knows they might be changing the server seeds causing you to lose almost every bet giving you no chance to win. That's my answer why I care about provably fair casinos. |

Why i care.... i dont want to sit there playing a slot machine for nine hours straight on mimnum bet hoping the for one lucky win that credits my account with 9999 bitcoin and then not get it because the site was eradicating the alright miniscule chance i had of that happening to begin with, or straight up land on that mofo and then the casino refuse to respond when i ask to cash out and not cash out. i havent been to a land casino but ill tell you flat out that if a land casino is proven to be an unfair casino they will face millions in losses if not billions due to evidence being taken to court and both new and old customers dipping out. so they are either going to be very careful not to be so unfair that it gets noticed or they will be fair 100%. |
