I think the major headache of Bitcoin's operability is the lack of support from governments and central banks to accept it into their jurisdiction because they see it as competition and so I think if the president or head of state of a particular country or all countries starts promoting Bitcoin it will be the best thing among the lots listed.

You say that Bitcoin allows to effortlessly move wealth from one country to another but you don't explain how it is going to help poor countries, let alone help them more. As to me, in real life in would work in the reverse order exactly. If you have plenty of bitcoins (for whatever reason) and live in a poor country, you would likely move to a better place since, as you say, Bitcoin allows unconstrained and unrestrained flows of capital (which I basically agree with) and it is universally accepted everywhere (and still more so in richer, more advanced countries). There is no reason to stay in poverty when you can live a better life elsewhere. In other words, Bitcoin would actually make poor countries yet poorer while rich countries yet richer

I guess it would be easier to attract more number of new users by giving them some free bitcoins. Yes, I do believe free giveaways might be making more people to join into bitcoins. At the same time I am aware of the negative impact if they are all going for selling their free giveaways.

Already we are having it in the form of faucets, but I believe it is not making any big impact in attracting new users.

in some area where the users of bitcoin are more as compare to other areas, there the physical shops are accepting bitcoins for shopping. in some places like Brazil you can find dozens of shops who area accepting bitcoin for shopping. it is in fact depending on the number of users of bitcoin in that area.

What would benefit bitcoin more? Nothing but finally achieveing scaling consensus. The rule is simple enough - first we try to fix our own problems then we expand.
Without proper and working bitcoin network - duh, we have more than 200k unconfirmed TX, there is no way that user experience will be positive.
The best way we can do is accept Barry Silbert's proposal, which is Segwit + 2Mb Hard Fork compromise.

I just decided not to go for any of the options OP has there because I feel its not just the answer with the current challenge bitcoin is facing. Of what incentive is the adoption going to come, when the prices are high already for transaction fees and with hours of confirmation still hanging. Its not enough to bring people in but to make them stay is what matters and when the challenges are overwhelming, they leave.

Just continue to spread the news on how great it is as a payment processor than centralized ones like paypal, andropay, or even google's. I think bitcoin needs awareness campaigns first to make large number of people aware of bitcoin first. I know most you will say that people are already aware of the bitcoin but they don't know in the sense that they should really know. Bitcoin = Money that is what they think about the bitcoin but it's not like that. People must be aware of bitcoin technology and how it works for better understanding of the system. If they understand the working of bitcoin then they will preserve the bitcoin in a way they would do something precious. So, we need have SegWit2x for SegWit + 2 MB blocksize, not need UASF just Segwit and still have issue about blocksize and can congested transaction when have a huge transaction creating. I can't understand when want Bitcoin good more in future but why still choose SegWit for replace SegWit2x

Bitcoin is a currency like no other. In short it's digital money that solves many of the problems our current currencies suffer from and introduces many other uncertainties we never had to deal with before.I don't recommend putting large sums of money into it as the bubble will inevitably burst in a matter of weeks but nobody knows when exactly. But I do think it's a good idea to get familiar with the system and perhaps buy just a small amount for the experience or to support the growth of the Bitcoin eco-system.

I think that an increase in the acceptance of Bitcoin will surely increase it's popularity. An increase in popularity will surely help Bitcoin to achieve a higher price.
