I think if you have to start earning profits, in other words if you actually want to use your shares, you should register as this is the legal procedure.

I think you don't know that the OPL are etherium based tokens so anyone can buy them on exchang,move them to any etherium wallwt like myetherwallet and due to smart contract can earn the dividend paid to all token holders

Well you might have know this, but the crowdfunding is done through a smart contract so the website itself doesn't really need to ssl encrypted. Your funds are not saved on the website, they are rather saved on Ethereum blockchain.

This is rediculous accusation.How can a https website makes a ico legitimate and absence of it make it scam?Do you know ssl certificate can be bought for few dollars by anyone?

Our minimum funding amount is 2250 ETH, if we're not going to collected all the funds then all the ICO participants will get their money back through smart contract.

The difference between investor and OPL holders is that an investor need to be verified and give his or her personal information. OPL holder do not need to provide their personal information because legally they are considered as service users and only OnPlace is owning stocks of private company. Although OPL holders obtaining all the privilege and getting more on profit return because of the cut down commission fee.

Our funding is slow because we don't offer bonuses for early participants.

Yes that is the good question.Eth price is high that is why investment is slow.Either you lower minimum investment or extend the ico days.

Livecoin certainly a good exchange, personally, I like it. But even though there are hints to add coins on the stock exchange, it is not pokazatel.Dumayu bittrex will definitely take this coin.

I was not accusing it of anything, it was merely a concern on my part. But thanks for the clarifications. I always thought that legit websites always should have an "https" address.
