Thats true.Some traders can make lots of profit during one month due to frequent changes in eth price so they do not want to lock their money 1 month ahead.If ICO had early days bonus,it would have been sold by now

I think they would opt for this alternative financing if ico failed to reach the minimum cap.
Although I believe it would reach the target before ICO ends.

I checked http://investments.onplace.io/ico Yesterday and check again now. They only collected 0.7 ETH in 24 hours. I think that's enough answer for collecting money. They failed to do so. They should stick to 1 million dollars from crowdfunder. They got only 100k here.

İt is not true for the projects which one have a discount bonus for the investor. They should have put a bonus schedule in the Ico. But doesn't matter.

So basically you did nothing to bring more investment to the project and now you are talking about ICO funds back. That must be a bad joke. I can't believe how you collected 1 million dollars in other site but couldn't even collect 150k dollars here. You just don't know anything about marketing. Even the worst project can collect 300 BTC here. You don't see the potential.
