You guys are running all this on your own servers, people have to trust you guys to keep the servers running this is not decentralized where people are running the network. The coin is payment to use your guys' service. This is a centralized network where you guys hope people will use your service and then pay you, then I'm guessing you guys will sell that back to the market. Is this right? I have to disagree.Their company is based in switzerland which means they need to obey their jurisdiction.That location is one of the best you can find for investors protection as the laws in switzerland are very strict and protecting investors interrests.

Only thing, can't you guys just divide coins equally over all investors, instead of using the formula that benefits the most the biggest investors... Why not equally dividing over all investors?
