I think this is the question of preferences. Personaly i always liked bitcoin more but that doesn't mean that gold also isn't good investment. Currently to my opinion it's better to invest in bitcoin because of the price but situation changes so it would be good to split the funds on both.
I trust bitcoin enough that theres no need for investing in gold, bitcoin value now is way more than expected so probably soon it will do more unexpected growth in future. |

Bitcoin is completely different when compared to gold for me both are a good investment because one is physical and bitcoin is completely based on the internet. The value of bitcoin is high but we don't know what is the price of gold is going to be in future so both are a good investment to me.

Bitcoin is better than gold in terms of investment, especially lately. Also I think that in the future Bitcoin will become even better. People know the advantages of gold since the beginning of trading and that's why gold has no potential to significantly rise in the future. Bitcoin, on the other hand, is still an unknown thing for many and hence the potential to rise with greater adoption is obvious.

I am sure one day you will be able to buy one kilo of gold with one BTC. Then we can truly write BTC > GOLD. Right now the titles saying such things dont make sense, but even then it wont, but at least it will be greater than one kilo.
Though gold is extremely undervalued at the moment. We will see the true prices of gold and silver when the next financial crash occurs.

In my personal opinion, I think bitcoin is definitely better than gold. Now we can see the price of bitcoin is increasing rapidly and has beaten the price of gold, gold has belonged to the past, it no longer fit the current investment trend. Bitcoin may not be accepted by the government, but in the future, that will change. My evaluation of bitcoin is that it is an ideal investment place, full of potential and it is still a young man. With gold, I can only say it was old, the price of gold has stabilized and it is just a safe investment choice, is not ideal, so bitcoin is better than gold

I think we should talk about its usability, bitcoin can be used everywhere in the world (internet is now available globally). We can make millions of dollars in just 15 minutes, and anywhere, no matter how far away. Gold is just a decoration, it's worth a beautification, but it's not worth the technology. |

Stop convincing people that bitcoin is better than anything not only gold, I can't afford to buy a single coin ever since price jumped from $1100 to $1800  I didn't realized then but now I'm not telling anyone about bitcoin any more, because I've realized that I've found a gold mine and what an idiot I was to shout about it every where. Bitcoin becoming mainstream and with 50K transactions per second in the future as we all know is inevitable but we must take advantage while is in infancy stage. Btw, is it $2000 which you can take cash out of a country when you travel by airplane or was it $10,000? you say that you can't buy bitcoin because the price it too high? But if you think in a different aspect, then the potential of bitcoin is huge.The value of bitcoin fluctuate depending on the time, you should take advantage of to invest in the right level. I think bitcoin is better than gold, you can trade bitcoin without expensive transaction fees, and this money can not be faked. you don't easily cut the gold to pay a small amount, but bitcoin can. |

Bitcoin and Gold are two different value and I can distinctly say that they have different purpose in the certain of use and I like bitcoin more than gold because of the security it can offer in it's security and it can not be counterfeit and it is surely theft resistant and lastly not like gold it can Easily Transactable and because it is P2P it is decentralized and I like it that way.
Yes, these are two different goals and even two different directions - digital and real. While they can only complement each other, rather than compete among themselves and compare them is not very correct. Yup! and I think rather that comparing the two it just make sense that you can surely do both you can unite them, you can both have an investment if you have a lot of money to invest in gold and bitcoin, So instead of just focusing on one you should do both I think that this two have a potential in getting you rich in no time! |

So Bitcoin is better than Gold?  I'm preferred to use bitcoin from the start and if I only knew that bitcoin will become this way I probably earn more and stock more maybe I'm already rich because of bitcoin , bitcoin is easy to use and easy to do transaction all in all I can say bitcoin is the greatest currency I've ever use. |

Surely bitcoin is much better than gold.It's value is increasing every now and then,unlike gold which is only consistent in value.Bitcoin changes a man's lifestyle even in a short period of time while in gold,you need to earn numerous number of gold to make your life luxurious.

i think investment will be profitable only in bitcoin not gold because you can compare the price of both bitcoin and gold as the price of bitcoin is increasing rapidly and the price of gold is not much increasing, and if you invest in gold and the price of gold increases then the profit will not be much high but investing in bitcoin will be much highly profitable. |

Bitcoin has overtaken the price of gold and it can go even higher in future where as the price of gold is stable and it will never give us as high profits as bitcoins so to earn best returns on investment I think bitcoin is the best place to invest your money.

Bitcoin is obviously better due to its higher returns, but you have to consider the risk, which is high as well. If one can accept the risk, blindly he/she should opt for Bitcoin. Gold nowadays are also available electronically, and it doesn't consumes as much time as it did previously. Time to acquire or sell is not the issue, but the return rate is, which is quite low and lengthy process to have a good profit, unlike Bitcoin. |

In my own point of view there are both great because bitcoin is easy to earn than gold and bitcoin is only used by people who used bitcoin, while gold is mostly used by people over the world because bitcoin is not known very well at this year there is a chance that people who used bitcoin could increase. So we can't say that bitcoin is really better than gold because it is according to people who use it mostly. |

It is always good to diversify. We agree that bitcoin is better than gold in terms of store of value but having more option of investment is way better than a single investment. We should consider the fact that there is a possiblity for every market to crash. If we have more investment other than bitcoin, at least we have some possible source of profit when bictcoin market is not performing well and started to crash. |

there is nothing that gold have that bitcoin can't do better, bitcoin can be used as a currency not so much with gold, bitcoin have more privacy, you can't say the same about gold
bitcoin is also secure neough to the contrary fo the popular belief, i'm talking about the security from the market point of view, gold can tank like any other think the stability of gold is not that strong as many think
in fact gold is very far away from its peak which is double of what is today, and gold is very cumbersome to move(phisical movements) especially in big amount

The potential for a big gain is probably better with bitcoin than with gold. The BTC is good when you need to transfer large amounts of money that no one can manage, bitcoins involve some risk but can generate a good profit as well.
