bitcoin is not better than gold. because for short time investment bitcoin is better but for long time investment bitcoin isn't safe.
Bitcoin is flexible and it can be good for long term and short term investment. While gold is known for being a long term investment and it has been existing in this world for a lot of years. How can you say that bitcoin investment for a long time isn't safe? Just imagine those early investors that has bitcoin up to know, isn't that safe and profitable? |

Recently, there are some advantages that make Bitcoin better than Gold, especially for the millennium generation that understands digital currencies better than baby-boomers. Bitcoin is an easy medium to make payments around the world. But on the other hand, gold has its own advantages as well that can be used as a direct gift, such as jewelry. The policy of choosing to invest with bitcoin or gold is in your own hands.
But, Bitcoin will never be better than Gold. Gold is volatile not like Bitcoin. If the Gold price goes down, It doesn't go down like Bitcoin which loses 100s of dollars at once. The best investment is Gold it always helps you in your hard times. Save it for the future if you have some extra money. But we also know that the price of gold is around a limited value and it stay at there and we know that the price of bitcoin go up and down but in real it is in the upward direction and in the longer period we notice the price of bitcoin increasing up. Yes it is right that the price of bitcoin is around a limited value we can say that it is near to stability which the traders do not like. The traders do not get the profit in that assets which do not have fluctuations in the price that is why they all now like to do trade in bitcoin which is fluctuating more. I you're going about day to day basis or week to week or anything then you can see that the price would go down for about a few hundred dollars and etc but if we see it in a larger picture like yearly, the price of Bitcoin doubles as it was in the previous years. I still think Bitcoin is better than gold. Though there are thing that Bitcoin can do and Gold can't but there are also things that Bitcoin can't do and Gold can. It's up to you. |

In the year 2016, Bitcoin’s value had doubled its amount. It makes it the number one strongest currency in the world. It is also became the performing currency for two years. For the graph, the slope is increasing regarding its performance when it comes to value so it becomes the strongest currency. If I were to be asked, I rather choose Bitcoins. Gold became successful in 2015 but that is where Bitcoin started and for 2 years it becomes successful. There are large profit earner or investor still invests for Gold, but people of all levels who knows Bitcoin, put their trust on it and are successful with it. I choose Bitcoin because for me it is much easier and affordable.

It depends better from which point of view. It is obviously complicated to store physical gold safely, carry it around and exchange it when you need cash. But otherwise, investment funds trading gold have surged significantly in the past year or so. Yes, they tend to be quite volatile but still provide an alternative to people who are unsure about getting into Bitcoin.

For now and for the future, I think bitcoin is better than gold. If I were faced with two choices, buy bitcoin or gold, of course my choice would fall on bitcoin because bitcoin's value is very volatile and it can give us a very good opportunity if we own it.

Don't compare gold into bitcoin because they never be the same. For me, gold can trade for bitcoin so they are not the same. Gold is defend on what it is or how it is expensive. Gold can be expensive when the year passes by or it's from the past the price of gold is only depend on what it is. Bitcoin is more expensive when the bitcoin have many users.

That's wrong. Gold is entirely different form compared to bitcoin. It has got the physical state, so when the availability of the resource decreases the value of gold increases. With bitcoin everything is running with an interlinked network that has a demand to supply ratio based on the user involvement with the inflow and outflow of the value. |

For this I had only one answer.Obviously yes.Bitcoin is safest for transaction. It's a tax free source. Gold rate May increase or decrease. But bitcoin rate is keeps on increasing. No one need to protect bitcoin from other like gold. |

to me i think both have their own importance. although bitcoin can give you god profit but still a lot of risk is also there, and you must keep the risk in your mind. and secondly you need, on other side bitcoin is good because there you feel a little confident about your money but you cannot expect such a good profit from there. as the price of bitcoin remain mostly stable. |

As an investment its 100x better, as a stable store of value its much worse. Overall the pros outweigh the cons on bitcoins side vs gold.
