Youre wasting your time buddy, Stop asking for Bann Appeal you know what dude Veleor is just searching for popularity on this forum
You're wrong, there is actually no popularity contest in here as being popular here IMO counts for nothing, its just about working for the good of the forum and that's through bringing to book those who are doing the wrong things in here and here for wrong reasons, and sadly you happen to be one of them

Sadly you may not get to read this very reply of mine because this your accounts will likely be banned for ban evasion

Oww Really....Everyone is searching popularity dude, even by kick other or killing each other just like he Did, he just like the other who came before him, I see so many people like him

I've found something that can help to search for plagiarism:
In firefox, there's an addon that can search the highlighted text with one click from a popup menu in a new tab with a google search, it's called Selection Context Search addon.
I've opened the Patrol page and selected the following post: (BANNED now)
Great project, Strong and well coordinated team, so there are very high chances of success here! In addition, the high-quality implementation of the platform inspires confidence.
Archive
I've selected the post (highlighted a part of the whole post) and opened the google search.

The first match was just perfect:
https://www.reddit.com/r/Rateonium/comments/99kol6/great_project_strong_and_well_coordinated_team_so/

This addon can save some clicks and some time while searching for copypaste posts....

Although many people consider cryptocurrency to be an investment, at its core cryptocurrency is still intended to be a currency. A lot of people are looking to use cryptocurrency to purchase goods and services online, but at the moment this area of the market is in it's infancy.

This is the hole we intend to fill, as traditional online stores do not accept cryptocurrency. We are also able to use the smart contract functionality to make our transactions more secure than regular fiat payments.

We understand crypto prices can be volatile and I am discussing options with the devs at the moment. Potentially locking funds into fiat/tether upon the initial purchase to prevent value fluctuation.

Please stop being diabolic, I don't think this is a case of copy/paste or  plagiarism. When you look below the content of the original source,  you would clearly see that the two writings were done by the same author. The bitcointalk username: swaggerkeme is boldly written below the original content. So are you trying to tell me that am stealing from myself, in any case the two writings were posted around the same time. So I didn't steal from anyone, am the same author who posted it on steemit and the evidence is clearly there with my username.

In 2019, politicians and regulators will play a pivotal role in pushing cryptocurrencies into the realm of mainstream finance. Cryptocurrency investing remains a high risk pursuit, but greater regulatory clarity may help to legitimize this nascent asset class, and grant investors greater protection. To be very frank, I was very confused at that moment in time so I just decided to  give up on your proposal to reward newbies with quality posts with merits to rank up so I decided to take the post off since it was no longer relevant and also edited my post to make it better. I believe we are all trying to make the forum a better place for us all.

Facebook is reportedly working on a cryptocurrency for global payments.
The social media giant plans to use a digital currency to focus on small payments in India, Bloomberg reported citing people familiar with the matter.
But it’s not using bitcoin. Instead, the tech giant reportedly plans to use a “stablecoin,” a digital currency pegged to the U.S. dollar.
Cryptocurrencies have been marked by volatility this year, often seesawing 10 or 15 percent in a single day.
Stablecoins however mirror the price of a government-backed currency and could solve the issue of volatility.
Facebook did not immediately respond to CNBC’s request for comment.
The company’s hiring of former PayPal President David Marcus sparked rumors that Facebook would eventually dive into financial services.
Marcus moved to Facebook to run its messenger app in 2014, and now runs the company’s secretive blockchain initiative.
Facebook is one of many tech and financial services giants at least exploring blockchain, the technology underlying bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. Amazon, J.P. Morgan, Walmart and IBM are among other well-known companies testing the technology. Its potential has been compared to the internet but so has its hype.
Still, few established U.S. companies have embraced cryptocurrencies themselves.
CEOs from Jamie Dimon to Warren Buffett have bashed bitcoin and warned investors of the speculative bubble as it ushered in retail buyers last year.
The world’s largest cryptocurrency is down more than 70 percent in 2018 alone, according to data from CoinDesk.
Facebook-owned WhatsApp has gained traction in India, where remittance payments are big business. According to the World Bank, people sent $69 billion from other countries into India last year.

Found someone copy pasting, reported him but the report remains unhandled:

This reply:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2018866.msg48923350#msg48923350

Original source:
http://bitcoincasino.best/bitcoin-vs-altcoins-a-gambling-perspective/

Quoting the reply, in case it's edited:

While Bitcoin is certainly the biggest player in the cryptocurrency world due to its bigger fan base and developed infrastructure, it is not the only competitor. Over 500 other cryptocurrencies exist, many of which are considered to be potential challengers to the Bitcoin’s supremacy.
All cryptocurrencies share certain common features: they were created to provide anonymity, enhance speedy transactions, and to provide a larger stock base. However, they also exhibit certain distinct differences. For gamblers who are still undecided on the best cryptocurrency to use, here is a brief comparison between Bitcoins and Altcoins:

Superior Currency
From a wider perspective, none of the Altcoins would have been known without Bitcoins. Basically, all cryptocurrencies—Litecoin, Ripple, Etherum, I/O coin, Dogecoin, and Bitshares among others—are based on peer-to-peer network visualized by Bitcoin’s founder, Satoshi Nakamoto—a decentralized network that’s impossible to trace by banks and other financial authorities. However, in terms currency supremacy, Bitcoin has always been on top—it’s US$600 more worth than its closest competitor, Etherum

Security
When it comes to financial security, Bitcoin still carries the day. Altcoins can easily be manipulated by big players in the market by purchasing large amounts of a given cryptocurrency and inflating its price before crashing its market. On the long run, the value of the target cryptocurrency drops dramatically and may fail to recover.

Unique Features
Despite the strong features that Bitcoins boast of, Altcoins are also uniquely endowed with certain features which can come in handy, especially for gamblers. To begin with, Litecoin, one of the popular Altcoins can be generated in blocks of 2.5 minutes compared to 10 minutes wait time for Bitcoin. Besides currency, Altcoins also incorporate a wide range of assets and built-in exchange that enhances easier trading of the assets against one another.
Moreover, Altcoins provide greater opportunities for gamblers and other entrepreneurs who swim in the wild waters of virtual currency. Through Altcoins, they can create millions over night considering that the growth of the numerous assets can hit an inconceivable rate.

Bottom Line
So which cryptocurrency is the best? And will Altcoins ever overtake Bitcoins? Although the first question is based on one’s preferences and other obvious factors, the latter remains a million dollar question.
What gives Bitcoin its value, whatever that value is at the moment, is that people believe it has value. If enough people agree on an altcoin that they like better, Bitcoin could be abandoned. But for me, I’m sticking with bitcoin based casino like VegasCasino.io (My personal favorite casino) for superior currency .

The user morggin > https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1558513 created a thread in Beginners & Help titled Tips for Better Communication.
I posted in his thread advising him that parts of his sentences were copy-pasted from this source: https://onlinelearningconsortium.org/dont-look-tone-voice/
Soon after that the thread was either locked or trashed, anyways I dont see it anymore.

I archived it and it can be seen here:
http://archive.fo/KRmqa

Some parts of his post that are copy/pasted from this thread are:
Quote
1. Use grammar and spell check
2.Refrain from the use of CAPS and bold. If you need to highlight something, consider the less offensive use of italics.
3. Sometimes a post is sent to express a complaint, an objection, or confusion about something (in regards to email many find it easier to write out a frustration than pick up the phone and talk it out). If you feel frustrated, or even angry, it's fine to write something at that time, expressing your thoughts.
4. If you are not sure how your message will be received, consider asking an objective friend, or family member to read it and give you their opinion (and if their opinion is that your message could be perceived as less than civil, be open to hearing that criticism).

He is currently engaged in 7-8 bounties. Most of his other non bounty report posts are also plagiarisms. On top of this, he is evading the ban of his previous account, spiderlee.

I'm not sure that's plagiarism, but I haven't seen something similiar before - user is advertising text spinners in his posts. Maybe he can't be banned for plagiarism, but advertising outside signature space aren't allowed, maybe he deserves temporarry ban at least? I reported his posts already.

Yeah, I saw in past some users who had signature codes in their posts, but usually they promoted ICO's or something similar to get payment from bounty. Now someone tried to promote spamming tools in his posts what is new thing to me.
