It looks like the account was bought / hacked sometime around January 22, 2017. That's when he started posting after a long break. Interestingly, he had never been active in the Turkish part of the forum before that date.
I have no idea why he promotes Bitcasino and what's the connection between them.

Somebody must have alerted him about the plagiarism rule because he edited the post a day earlier and put the remaining text in a quote. He should definitely still be banned though.
