No idea why he would do that, maybe some link is changed into something malicious

Edit: checked a bit more, seems it was malicious links inserted indeed, and also
it seems this is quite popular way of scamming people lately, as there were few
similar threads reported

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

This dude has been spamming every board for the past two days, i've a bunch of good reports on him.
But now he has turned to shamelessly copy-pasting articles without stating the source. A few examples:

Copy:

Gambling is increasingly recognized as a fun, exciting form of entertainment. The industry has grown massively in recent years, with more and more countries legalizing gambling and an increasing number of people having access to casinos.

Las Vegas and Macau will always be gambling hot spots, but there are still plenty of other places around the world where people enjoy gambling. So which countries are the most profitable?

While some countries seem to be the best overall for gamblers, others might actually have bigger payouts for players. Meanwhile, still other countries show the biggest profits for the casinos themselves, and get the greatest investments from developers.

With just over two months to go before the US presidential election, former vice-president Joe Biden, the Democratic party’s nominee, is polling ahead of incumbent Republican president Donald Trump in key battleground states, though he has seen his lead narrow in some states since the summer. In Wisconsin, where Mr Trump won by a razor thin margin in 2016, Mr Biden currently holds a 5 point lead. In Florida, where Covid cases remain high, Mr Biden leads Mr Trump by a 6 percentage points.

Compound

Compound is one of the leading DeFi companies today. It’s token saw massive price gains soon after it was offered to the users of Compound. A user can immediately start earning interest on their crypto assets by contributing to the Compound’s liquidity pool. The interest rates fluctuate depending upon the supply and demand of respective cryptocurrencies. As of August 19th, 2020, over $800 million is locked-in under Compound protocol.

MakerDAO

MakerDAO currents hold the largest market share in the DeFi sector with over $1 billion in assets. MakerDAO is the most recognized player in the DeFi market. A user that knows about DeFi would have heard about MakerDAO too. It is a credit platform that is fully decentralized. It’s DAI stablecoin currently ranks among the most used stablecoins in the market.

Uniswap

Uniswap is a fully decentralized exchange. However, it is different from the other decentralized exchanges as Uniswap leverages liquidity pools. Users on the platform receive rewards for providing liquidity to the Uniswap protocol. They are rewarded with a share of the fees that Uniswap earns after each transaction. So far, the Uniswap users have locked in over $100 million in the Uniswap liquidity pools.

Dfinance

Dfinance is an innovative and unique project which is blessed with a renowned and experienced team that has a track record or integrity and excellence in the cryptocurrency space and is committed to the success of the project. This project has quite a few innovation features and I personally liked their wallet and interface a lot. They also claim that you can create your own financial instruments which seems very interesting.

Bancor

Bancor is a non-custodial DeFi platform offering users a way of swapping the crypto coins without the need for a centralized trading service. The DeFi platform also offers smart tokens to its users to increase the liquidity in the protocol. Currently, Bancor has so far accrued more than $11 million in crypto.

Newbie start his post with plagiarism, so doubtful if it is a pure newbie. I guess it just another alt account from someone else which created in purpose to cheating a campaign.

DeFi is an abbreviation of the phrase decentralized finance which generally refers to the digital assets and financial smart contracts, protocols, and decentralized applications (DApps) built on Ethereum. In simpler terms, it's financial software built on the blockchain that can be pieced together like Money Legos...

I honestly don't know what's going on in the Arabic locale.
This is not the first case of plagiarism identified in the past week. I get the impression that they don't read the rules at all.

Since Bitcoin is rare, most people are reluctant to spend it. Instead, they simply store it in the expectation that over time the value will increase. Bitcoin still maintains the possibility of a significant increase in value, and the fact remains that Bitcoin provided the first public, open, and digital asset the world has ever seen. Bitcoin was the first successful experiment and the potential for cryptocurrency to change the world is great, much bigger than expected ten years ago.

I heard a lot about DeFi, more than about the POS of ETH 2.0 coming. However, I have not had the opportunity to experience DeFi much, I have never even used crypto payment.
Many people understand that DeFi is Lending & Borrowing, and I think this is the main activity that has made DeFi such strong growth in the past 6 months.
Have you ever Lend & Borrow in DeFi? Or how did you experience DeFi? Trading on DEXs? Invest in ICOs/IEOs? Please share your experiences about DeFi.

M Sarwar and BestEarningTips exposed:

In the Dutch forum:

In 2017 was the peak growth of crypto, it attracted many new users in the industry, many later left it after the deepest correction, but some have learned to earn and successfully entrenched in the blockchain industry since then, eg your bounty manager bubbalex Wink

Most users invested blindly in everything, there were a lot of identical and/or useless projects, everyone just heard that you can earn a lot and easy and tried to repeat this success. According to statistics released later, 44% of ICOs of 2017 were a scam.

Now the same thing is happening with DeFi, in my opinion. The success of several DeFi projects gave rise to a whole new milestone for the Blockchain projects. Most users who are disappointed with the long correction of the market finally believe in the bull market again and want to repel their losses and/or increase profits. In 2017, you could add the word Blockchain to the name of your project and collect a lot of money, now the same can be done by adding the word DeFi.

I don't mean that all projects are bad and they will fall, but I want to warn people. Despite the fact that in 2017 there were many good ICO projects that have been successfully developed so far, and now there are many good DeFi projects that will be developed in the future, most projects fail. Do not invest blindly in everything that is popular, understand the potential risks, think yourself and never follow others, it's your money and time.

I believe in blockchain technology, decentralization and decentralized applications and finance, but I'm extremely cautious about any hype, because when a hype runs out, some projects will close instantly and it's impossible to guess in advance whether you chose the right one. What do you think about DeFi? DApps are already proven themselves, will DeFi prove themselves too?

The maximum countries in the world are against crypto now or they don't want to talk clearly about crypto. So it will come in the future but it is not so near to now. we need to wait for some years. You should keep one thing in your mind that the world is going to more advance digital Era, nowadays people converting their businesses to online.I think yes' because in the legal age this is also popular as a future currency, actually through the cryptographic system it helped a lot with the bounties to sustain when the community quarantine was implemented by the government.

Maybe, maybe not. Nobody can tell with 100% accuracy that bitcoin will be the future currency. But yes there is a possibility that said by many economic analysts. It will happen as soon as the governments of the world will legalize cryptocurrency. But it is not so easy. The maximum countries in the world are against crypto now or they don't want to talk clearly about crypto. So it will come in the future but it is not so near to now. we need to wait for some years.

Good findings. That means someone copied my post. Also, they just copy a little part of the post and other little parts from other's posts. Amazing way of the cheating signature campaign without making any efforts. Thank you for your good investigation. Keep it up.

edit: I found that rest of line of the post also copied from others.

Such as I said before both of them are connected, high likely BestEarningTips is accounts farmer and ban evader as well.
[...]

Yes, these are definitely alternative accounts. Everyone has Ban evasion.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2613277.msg55136100#msg55136100

But that's not all. There are more connected accounts that I have discovered so far:

aqib180 [active]
aqib_180 [autoban]
MSarwar180 [autoban]
aqib80 [autoban]
aqib_28 [inactive]
AngroCoin [autoban]
airdrop123456 [autoban]
sarwar180 [autoban]
CryptoYar [active]
BestEarningTips [active]
BestEarningTips Team [autoban]
Best180 [autoban]
CryptoYar365 [active]
Sulman326 [active]
M Sarwar [active]

These are all alt accounts from the same person and in addition to plagiarism we also have ban evasion (as others have already mentioned) and merit abuse.
I am still preparing a full report with references although I am not quite sure where is the best place to post it or should I create a new topic in Meta?

That's great. I hadn't noticed that they are already banned so I thought the moderators needed more persuasion. Wink
I see that there is one account left active. Maybe you could add him to your report as well?

I've been using channel list on my traiding every day. A channel can be used as an entry pattern for the continuation of an established trend, as part of a trend following strategy. A channel forms when price action is controlled by 2 parallel, sloping lines and has tested each of these lines at least twice. An ascending channel indicates a bullish trend, with the support line connecting consecutive higher lows and the resistance line connecting consecutive higher highs.

Based on my research. Bitcoins are stored in a virtual wallet. A separate “private key” allows the owner access to the wallet's contents. If a Bitcoin owner dies without passing on the private key, his heirs may discover his wallet only to realize that they will never gain access to the wealth inside.

The rest of his post is a sheer copy-pasting from various sources, disguised sometimes by the word reordering.

Lol are you blind? Cheesy

I indicated links to sources or do you think that I have to research the entire Internet to find absolutely all articles where rewriting and copyrighting is used?

A cowardly nature, he was scared to write a complaint from his main account and, in order not to be so scary, created fake. Cheesy

Everything is clear, rest, "plagiarism hunter".  Wink
~

The attempt makes clever... Cheesy
I have nothing more to say about this...

There is enough to shovel away here... whether Ratimov is one of them, I doubt.
