Burnin's prices are not updated on OP. Here are the real prices from burnin's newsletter sent 22nd July.

BitBurner 10 Chip Complete: 98 eur
BitBurner 20 Chip Complete: 105 eur
BitBurner 10 Chip without cooler: 90 eur
BitBurner 20 Chip without cooler: 96 eur
Water cooler: 50eur
Bare PCB: 25eur <<NOT recommended unless you have a very good PnP machine
and a reflow oven (405 Components, mostly 0402 or less).

All prices are without VAT, when ordering from the EU 19% VAT is added.
If you have an valid EuSt number you can also order tax-exempt from the EU.

For those who are not cancelling, you have another option: condo ownership.

Centerus will build Avalon clone systems for housing your chips, ten in each card ("condo unit"), up to 32 cards in every box. Your chips will be controlled from your own instance of cgminer running in the box. You can connect your condo unit to your mining pool account.

The price for each condo unit has been drastically reduced to 0.9 BTC.
