Bitcoin have better chance to reach $5000 soon if the price stay over $2000.so much pump and dump now a days am very confused.
I think still have chance to increase price and reach $3000.lets see where will goes the price 

Not necessarily that will last long. We see that bitcoin price movements can easily happen, even the price has increased 100% within 2 months. This is impossible of course. So 5000USD is likely to materialize in the near future anyway. We can dream to reach the target in the near future.

Takes​ a long time to achieve $2000, but the highest rate in the few days ago was above $4000 in South Korean, consider it as ATH because in Japan and some countries in Asia have reached more than $3000 as well. If segwit or blocksize will increased than we could exceed $5000 in this year, if it doesn't than next year we should see bitcoin reach $5000 obviously, consider bitcoin has slowly increases.

It's possible that it will take a few years to reach $5000 if the growth is slow and steady from here. Still that would be a good gain to almost double the high from last week in 2 or 3 years.

Bitcoin is moving in a positive direction at a moment and we should not be surprised if we see that price at the end of this year as the demand of bitcoin is continuously increasing and that is helping in taking price higher and I am pretty sure that if the same scenario continues then we will be seeing the price of $5k at the time of Christmas or may be in the first week of January 2018.

My guess would be at the 2nd quarter of the year 2018.  Bitcoin price increase quite slow down this week.  After some dip, price recovers and  is now at around $2300+.  I do  not think that bitcoin will double its price from here till the first day of Jan. 2018 .  It will take a bit more time to reach $5000 bitcoin a piece.

I guess we will see the price of bitcoin at $5,000 at the end of 2018. My intelligent guess but it's better if it will happen earlier.

Bitcoin has the ability to go up a lot in a short period of time but also goes down a lot in a similar period of time. Everything is completely unpredictable.

To see that high price of bitcoins we need to wait for a long time as its not possible to achieve that price in this year and may be in the year 2020 we would be able to see that price and not before that and even if it touches $3000 in coming days then it will be an big achievement for bitcoins.

Bubble often takes place. Sometimes even a real growth is misinterpreted as a bubble by a group of users who have been much keen in making profit. I personally expect this to happen by the starting of 2018 and if this didn't happen at least by the year end 2018 we will experience $5000.

Here I really can agree with you and even more could say that this year we can not wait even for the price of 3000 dollars for one Bitcoin. Of course, today's level is very rapidly rising but I have more than certain that it will not be long. Do you have to predict the price of $ 5,000 about which you say today it would be very opportunely to invest in Bitcoin for such a price.

Bitcoin has been experiencing a massive amount of growth from all over the world, and that's all legit growth. Also take into consideration that there has been a burst of good news, all in a short period of time, wich has lead to the price being overbought by panic buyers and speculators/gamblers. Overbought is not the same as bubble.

I second this answer.  There was FOMO in bitcoin market last week, the reason why bitcoin was over bought but due to the global adoption why bitcoin price increased in fast pace.  And I also do not consider it as a bubble due to that reason.

i think from the previous rally it is not difficult to predict that when the price f bitcoin is going to reach to 5000  USD, to me am fully confident that in next year, in 2017 the price of bitcoin is going to cross 5000 USD level very easily. i think when the price of bitcoin was trading below 1200 USD level no one was expected that even in 2018 the price of bitcoin will cross 2500.

BTC is overbought by the traders and whales who are always do this so that on some extend point they will cashout and same has happened and now they are taking support at 2200 range so mostly after some week , it may be in 3 quarter of June we can see the boom movement in bitcion and this time it will show the 4k price sure

On the contrary, i think these numbers is possible in the near future. I am not sure about 1 million dollars but i think $5000 or higher prices is possible in a year.

I want to believe you. But there are no facts and numbers backing up the claim that "legit growth" really is happening in Bitcoin. Everyone is saying "it's Japan!" but they do not have the facts as well. So where is this legit growth coming from? The dark markets? That is more believable than the "it's Japan!" everyone keeps shouting about.

Bitcoin will definitely achieve that price in near future but it will take long time to reach there as $5000 is really a very huge price and not easy to achieve it and before reaching there bitcoin will go from many ups and downs and at that point of time you need to hold your coins without getting panic even if the price is not moving in your favor.
