A basic rule of economy is applied where a scarce source will be very sought after and people are willing to pay much for it. Plus, the possibility of applicating the token on daily life in form of office renting made sure this high demand realistic. About why only few token produced, I think it's to maintain the price, a lot of coin can't reach high because their unlimited supply. |

ICO was good. like ICO dropped the price after every project. will increase over time. but every day a new project is being developed. needs to forget about yourself. if you are going to invest you should wait for August 1.   |

Primalbase is too different in other because as i saw on this project is a real big benefit to the PBT holder and the future who will use that offices. |

As usual most of the guys shouting for new exchanges and listings are just hoping price will go a bit higher and they can sell with profit.
I'd more prefer to see the app or platform go live for Leasing the Token and a lot of guys using it, to see if the product is really working and has a use.

So at this price you could be looking at a lease value/yield of up to 100% per annum in a location where the average yield is <3.5%. (So even at 10x the price this could still be very attractive. In addition tokens will also be bought and burned with a portion of operational profits.)  (I think the most expensive location will have to be 1 PBT and other locations priced relative to that to avoid the 1 PBT cost being over-priced in cheaper areas like Amsterdam but I've already explained that in a separate post and I hope the team are considering it.) |

I have started to buy little portions of PBT what to do you think about it. In near future can we see 10x or 100x in price ?
First, you have to put in your mind that there is nothing impossible in crypto. The price can increases up to 20x in one night then dropped down to half of the base rate in a blink (well, that's the case of pump and dump). A more realistic example of how nothing is impossible in crypto is what happened to DOGE. Their amount was hovering on 40++ last year, dropped to 20++ (more like what happened to PBT right now where their price went a little bit down for a while) then rocketing to 100++ and stay right there for a while before gradually settling at 70-80++. So, if we took their graph, we can see that the price now is almost 2x their usual amount, with a little drama in between. And this not only doge, you can see the same case happened on dash and other coins too. My point is, the safest way is to believe and rest your trust on your own feeling, because whether you got some profit or loss, the only one that'll enjoy or suffer from it is you, not the adviser or whoever else. But, if you ask my opinion, I'll say that a price increments is very likely, with a limited amount and a feature which connecting to real world business, it is very easy to attract strong business entity to invest and support this coin. |

(If you meant a market/exchange where you can buy it, it is currently on the Waves exchange but hopefully they will announce bigger exchange soon.) |
