Each PBT costed 3-5 Bitcoins during the crowdsale, now even after waiting for months and first office project fully occupied too, the price is still around 0.3 btc per pbt that is a huge concern for investors and holders, i think moving to waves platform from eth at the last minute was also not a wise decision. I do not know when pbt will reach break even point now, most are just looking for breakeven point in terms of bitcoins..

I just don't understand why there never communicate much or do much of anything. It cant be that hard to stay in contact and grow. Its like they want the project to fail completely. Why does this always happen.

They have done nothing to counteract scam accusations, so the either don't understand PR or are actually a scam. The business failing or even if they open all the offices as advertised is pretty much irrelevant, these tokens are advertised as a profit vehicle, if that expectation isn't reasonably met then then it's fraud and an illegal security.

The value of raised BTC now 7 million dollars, market cap now 2.4 million dollars.  1 month after opening, zero marketing and google still showing the wrong address. If they continue down this path of non engagement, the class action lawsuits will start happening soon. I see a few lawyers are soliciting work against fraudulent ICOs, then possibly it will come to the SECs attention, lots of evidence of mis selling online. They have provided no liquidity to the market as advertised.  They have the funds, so should offer refunds now, other fraudulent ICOs have started doing this.

They seem to think they are immune to prosecution, they're not. There are already several precedents. Opening an office in New York? Wouldn't be advisable for any of the promoters of this to visit the US ever again. A few million is not that much in the grand scale of things, hope it was worth risking jail, fines and reputational destruction for all involved.

Sasha Ivanov marketed this heavily and then disappeared and hasn't mentioned it since once he had the cash. This is his project, the others are just his puppets and employees, but US law extends to the promoters of scams, given Sasha Ivanov's high profile, he will make the perfect poster child for an SEC prosecution, and I am sure they will start looking into his other activities.

I've never thought this project was a scam. I just think that there are a group of weird people hanging around, eating our money. maybe even they're not aware of what they're doing or don't feel any responsibility...
At least those are what they show us.

I was wrong with the above figures 3000BTC raised = 21 million dollars+ current value = current market cap almost 1/10th of that 2.5 million dollars. This means people have lost almost 90% of the Bitcoin invested.  No evidence money has been spent or invested to give value to investors, google location not even updated for a month, no marketing, as far as the public is concerned these offices don't exist. These tokens were advertised and sold as a profitable investment, so definitely a scam. 

Looks like Dmitry Faller & Sasha Ivanov cashed out, and left Ralph Manheim and Simone Dobbinga have been hired to run an empty office at minimal expense to give impression ICO obligations have been fulfilled, but in reality they've hitched a conventional rental business to an ICO scam, it was a bait and switch scam.   They could have got away with it if they hadn't aggressively advertised this as a profitable investment, now most likely they will all find themselves in jail.

In fact they have disappointed Investors by not holding their promises, like Lending App (September) and Ethereum Gateway.
On Slack there is a channel for full token holder only, last entry was on 24th of October. 
We will see what happens to this project.
