It fails the Howey test blatantly:  "We intend to create larger scale and all-encompassing hubs at the most suitable locations. A part of the profit made from these ventures will be distributed amongst token holders"

The tokens are profit participation "shares". Therefore the are securities which must be registered before being sold to unsophisticated investors.  OP even refers to them as "financial instruments" above.

It is completely pre-mined.  Completely centralized.

This could be the project where the SEC finally puts someone in jail for hawking unregistered  financial instruments to unsophisticated investors without a brokers licence.

Because these guys just don't give ANY fucks and believe themselves to be outside of the laws that apply to mere mortals.

Further, Co-working spaces keep failing where I live, in Hanoi.  I have seen a half dozen of them come and go in the last few years.  What the fuck is it?  A coffee shop where you have to pay for your seat, and then pay for your coffee?  I don't get why somebody would go to a co-working space when the cafe gives you the seat for free when you pay for your coffee.

This is a sign of the bubble bursting soon.
