Very little information available about the actual locations and available facilities. Yeah, we get a one-page hype text about the CITY - but not the actual building. There are PLENTY of Amsterdam co-working spaces in far more desirable locations, at VERY affordable pricing.

So, really, I'm not seeing the huge selling point here. I'm sure this will sell out in like two hours, because fuck logic, but I'm honestly wanting someone to explain this to me. Why would I drop $10k dollars on the promise of 'forever owning' a co-working space when there's barely any info about that space? Also, forever's a damn long time. Who's going to guarantee this?

As for the value proposition, it is not just a workspace. It is also a token that is a store of value, sellable, and leasable, and is also tradable on exchanges. It is up to the individual if they find that more appealing than a standard monthly rent payment or not.

Did the team managed to made marketing tours to some parts of the world where crypto is largely popular before ICO starts? It would be nice but maybe its online marketing is enough accompanied with Waves and Ethereum community support.

it is very sad, that bounty company for twitter to high. 5k followers. to much for me for now.

Participants bounty twitter will only be followed by famous and professional people. The reason may be because the price of this coin is fantastic.
