1. You dont even understand the link you just posted.
2. We were only Proof of Work for 100 blocks.  Which ended over a month ago.  I was the only miner that mined the POW blocks.  I then gave the mined OHM to over 750 people through 3 initial stages of distribution.  We are now on Stage 4 which is through SVV.
3.We have been Proof of Stake(POS) since April 21st.
