Never heard of this. What I know is some of the Japanese bicoin exchanges temporary suspend trading operations due to possible chain split speculations on August 1st. Any link/s about this?

If you mean the formal regulation og Bitcoin then just the few countries have done that. In Europe I'm aware of Netherlands and UK. But you van use Bitcoins in any country at merchants or services who accepts it, no matter it it's formaly regulated or not, this shouldn't be an obstacle.

Many countries now accept bitcoins. Bitcoin is also banned in some countries. Im mentioning them below
Bitcoin legally accepted in:-
U.S. Japan Estonia Sweden Canada Germany U.K. Finland
Bitcoin Banned in:-
Bangladesh Bolivia Ecuador
Bitcoin is also banned in China, Vietnam i guess. BIP148 will also affect some countries on using bitcoin perhaps.
Bitcoin is legal in much more countries than you listed. Also, it is interesting, how can Bitcoin be banned in China and at the same time China is among top users of Bitcoin? Also Bitcoin is not illegal in Vietnam. Maybe check out the list from the link below, might be helpful: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legality_of_bitcoin_by_country_or_territory

Yes for official recognition by the government may still be small. But for widespread use I think everyone in different countries has tried to use bitcoin. Even in countries that have not adopted bitcoin has been found a company that has an important role as an exchange. So in my opinion, doing bitcoin adoption legal and official in a country is waiting for time.

Don't have a certain data on how many countries did recently accepted bitcoin. What's the most important to me is on how they are going to manage to make the popularity of bitcoin stable on their places. Even they will accept bitcoin but there's a lack of promotion then their citizens will never know that they are already into crypto.
bitcoin has become a world famous currency and the price of the bitcoin is increasing with time as it was being use in some countries at huge level and in some countries at low level but now in a lot of countries bitcoin has achieved the legal prize as in new York bitcoin is accepted as a payment of school payments and in a lot of markets of china and Japan bitcoin is acceptable.

Umm dude.... Since when did any country accept any currency ? What you buying from a country ? Guns ? Arms deal ? You don't buy from a country you buy from individuals residing within the country. Please get it right. Well I guess you could buy oset of w country if you consider buying land there. Many countries now accept bitcoins. Bitcoin is also banned in some countries. You can't keep someone doing what they want.

Now both BTC and fiat money is very conflict, I think you should ask is how many countries have received BTC people, I want to tell you that will be more and more, because today you know BTC, you can't forget tomorrow, and tomorrow will have a new understanding of the BTC.

It depends on what you mean by recently. Recently as far as the last couple of months the last couple of weeks probably no country has accepted it that has an accepted at a year ago through changes happened probably about 2 years ago with the jump from 250 to 600 and at some point right after that really the local atmosphere as far as the past 6 months hasn't changed at all except for the fear that people are out there creating based on this August 1st nonsense.

I know that Japan and Korea are two countries that recently accepted bitcoin. In Japan, the exchange market occupies more than 50% of the market share of many Bitcoins in Japan. Volume of Bitcoins increased from 1,845 to 97,815 in 2016, an increase of 53 times. Because people like to use bitcoins to pay and reserve, so Bitcoin in this country is quite high.

Only a few governments make Bitcoin illegal on their territories, and fortunately Vietnamese gov. is not one of them.

I think there is a lot of confusion and use of the wrong terminology particularly the word "Legal". Japan has not legalised Bitcoin they announced in the last few weeks that they are recognising Bitcoin as a form of payment which is slightly different.

this topic is really confusing for me, there is no concrete information about how many countries have accepted Bitcoin as a legal money. but some news shows us that Japan, South Korea, USA, Canada already have accepted it as a legal currency. but I want to be assured of knowing that the actual scenario regarding this issue...if anybody has the concrete document then please share with me which makes me more confident about Bitcoin.

how many country of the world now accept btc? Japan has legalized bitcoin.China and russia have decided to regulate bitcoins instead of trying to ban it.South korea is very much friendly to bitcoin and soon it may legalize bitcoin.India has taken a sudden u turn and decided to announce bitcoin as legal soon. Only Japan has legalized the bitcoin officially, but many other countries like Rusia, Denmark, India are thinking to legalize the bitcoin as currency, because this currency has gotten popularity across the world. I think, if bitcoin continuous his popularity with such speed, then most countries of the world will compel and recognize bitcoin as a currency officially.

how many country of the world now accept btc? I know US, Australia, Denmark, Finland, China , Sweden, Korea and etc. are countries that accepted bitcoin. And it is good for them to accept this kind of cryptocurrency. It is quietly good to know that this countries is volitionally accept bitcoin. I hope many countries would embrace he bitcoin as the innovation of technology, yet it is still a big issue to a country if they implement bitcoin because most of people is capable on a paper money rather than a digital curency.
