Look at the transaction on a block explorer and check the input scripts for type and witness data.

So, what is it then if not SegWit? A legacy address?
I know bench32 address is also a SegWit supported and it doesn't start with "3" rather bc1.
You need you to provide more information about your argument because all bitcoin addresses starting with "3" are SegWit addresses.

No, they aren't. Addresses starting with "3" signify Pay to script hash (P2SH), as opposed to Pay to Pubkey hash (P2PKH) addresses which start with "1". P2SH ("3") addresses are not necessarily SegWit, and indeed you can't tell until the UTXO is spent and the script is revealed.

"All squares are rectangles, but not all rectangles are squares", likewise... "All 'nested segwit' addresses start with a '3', but not all '3' addresses are 'nested segwit'".

As o_e_l_e_o said... "3" == P2SH address... but there are also non-segwit addresses that area also P2SH... like MultiSig.

I didn't want to scare the Pikachu away. It may be wild and frightened easily, checked my pokedex and startling a Pikachu can result in a nasty shock. I can't confirm it's trainer gave it the hat.

Look at it, seems shy and maybe a little frightened.  Cheesy

I did have a good laugh when I first noticed, as I was with my daughter and she thought I was looking up a walkthrough for her pokemon game. Me and Mom have very different game strategies,

I saw it too earlier but I've spent close to an hour and couldn't find any good joke about it.
Searched for some, found a dark Pikachu with a "hat"

A family of dark Pikachus

Thought about replacing the lighting logo on their belly with the chipmixer one but I did a crappy job..

Managed to find even a Pikachu coin piggybank:

I took a look at the spreadsheet, and HabBear has had the red trust since like two and a half months ago, and he's still in the campaign. I don't think they're going to remove him anytime soon.

I don't consider HabBear's negative trust to be entirely legitimate so I've given them some time to work it out.

No. If I were to remove them and open a new spot, you would have to compete with everyone who wants to apply.

For more than a few months HadBear has not made a post. Do you not want to give me a position to participate in this campaign.
