Yes, this is a Segwit address.
Segwit addresses start with 3 or bc1.
Legacy address start with 1

I hope now you will be able to identify the addresses.

Minor update on the campaign side of things, rather than just 2 open spots I am going with 2-6 open spots. Most likely somewhere in between. If you ever wanted to apply, this is almost certainly your best shot at getting in. Even more so if you are active in Local sections.

Good to see more slots. More people will have chance of champagne party :-P

This comes up every time there are free slots in this campaign. Addresses starting with 3 are not necessarily SegWit.

In summary:

Addresses which start with "1" are P2PKH and are never Segwit.

Addresses which start with "bc1" are Bech32 and are always Segwit.

Addresses which start with "3" are P2SH and may or may not be Segwit. You can't tell for sure until coins from that address have been spent and you check the transaction's scripts.

Addresses starting with "3" signify Pay to script hash (P2SH), as opposed to Pay to Pubkey hash (P2PKH) addresses which start with "1". P2SH ("3") addresses are not necessarily SegWit, and indeed you can't tell until the UTXO is spent and the script is revealed.

Take the leap of faith, Darkstar_ understands you are worth the do as a very high profiled legendary member. I think if you are not picked, might be for a reason other than, you can't stand the chipmixer heat (it maybe a consideration of your work load), so it won't get users worried but...
