So price moves up/down too frequently and it could be in reverse way than our expectations. generally peopyeget panic in short time and tend to sell considering the dip in price is widening. But generally if you can hold for some months it will recover and you will get the price. You should be able to hold for long is the primary constraint here.

As said from everyone else... you unfortunately broke a very important rule... trading with emotions... just simply from your post you doubted yourself the entire way... and jumped when you say a dip... i bet if you retrace those buys/sells you would see a turn around shortly after... well I'd say you need to stop take a breath... maybe start paper trading for a bit till you can hit a strategy and stick to it.. or when your comfortable with a certain strat get a bot... but yes for now take a break...

Wrong choice of buying. You buy an altcoin that's already pumped. Then the price drops suddenly. That's a bad move. Jumping on peak is very dangerous because we don't know how far the rally will go. That is one of the big mistake of those unbeliever of their bought coins and if they keep doing that surely they will lose more money on their trades, ETH is not a lousy coin although it dumps at that moment surely this coin will pump high again and feel sorry for him for dropping off his balance while ETH has thrend and predicted to rise up for more.

I do see he must be right as I do predict ethereum may face heavy dumps in coming weeks. There are many alternate bitcoin's blockchain based dapp equivalent projects are heading up their beta tests. I guess if they come into real time applications, I do not think ethereum may survive or not.

In order to cut the losses selling early must be a right choice. Sometimes panic selling also works in this way.

If I loss big amount in trading I stay away for sometime.

First, im really sorry for your loss, it happens to everyone even to those best traders. You cannot forget that cryptocurrency markets are really tough to be successful on them, because the price usually is extremely volatile which makes risk really high: and also another factor that increases risk, is that some of those cryptocurrencies prices can be easily manipulated just through sending many/big orders on one side: but that requires vast amount of funds.

Learn from your mistakes, take a look what have you done wrong and next time dont do this again. I have lost all my funds that were on my trading account about 4-5 times already, but I still trade! You cannot be depressed because of that, and you need to find a way out of this situation: in my opinion stopping is not a good choice, but educate yourself all the time and you will make profits.

I think you are buying too high because you don't want to miss out on the action. This is panic buying. Then the price drops and you realize you may have made a mistake so you panic sell for a loss.

You don't need to quit trading. You just have to discipline yourself to buy on dips or price corrections and try to always sell for profit. Just start over and count those losses as lessons learned.

Panic buying ? A new thing I just come to know. When do not want to miss out opportunities we may go for buying earlier even at higher prices that may the situation OP now facing, but I could not find is it right to call this situation as panic buying. We may put this aside, when considering the OP situations, I too will suggest to buy now itself.

Because bitcoin prices are believed to be moving toward $10k price levels. If that speculations are right then hurrying yo buy now itself must be a right option.
