In my opinion the best wallet is the cold wallet You keep your bitcoin on the hard drive and after you put it in the safe, no one can get your bitcoin. Or you can put it down the banana root near your home, a few years later you dig them up, you will be a rich man

myceleium works great for me and has to be one of the best online wallets out there. The wallet can be a bit complicated for newbie users but it’s still one of the safest and fastest on the market. As an open source software program, it is constantly being upgraded, though it is primarily a hot wallet, there are some cold storage features for users.

for desktop i using electrum, for webs, i put some on exchanges, kraken and poloniex. i have been using blockchain wallet on mobile for a year, but since may when traffic transaction busy, i leave store btc on mobile. i choosing to saving it on separate wallet as if there is problems in anyone of storage, i would lost it all. maybe next i would take possibility to save on paper wallet.
I am using that too. I think that electrum wallet is good because i have been using it and i know that my bitcoin is safe there.. i also uses my online wallet. It is safe there also because of the security options of there. And many people are using it here. So we are totally trusted that two wallets. You use that too.

For a Filipino like me, coins.ph is the only wallet that suits for any bitcoin users in Philippines, it converts bitcoin into fiat then can withdraw it at atm even without a card, and most of all supported by many products and companies.
That is a good choice to use in a daily basis for payments and otber stuff like recharging your phone. But you shouldn't store all your Bitcoins in a online wallet because there is always the risk of losing all your coins in case of a security breach. I suggest you to leave low amounts of BTC to spend when you need, and store the majority of your coins in a wallet like Electrum or Mycelium just for safety. It is quite normal to deal with risk in the world of Bitcoin. And I agree that if you deal with storing of Bitcoin you should not stick on just one wallet because in order for you to lessen the risk you should also have option in term is holdings. And as much as your choices of wallet need to depends on the specific transaction you will do such as trading and investment where you need to deals with price monitor not just on converting Bitcoin to fiat. So the thing is wallet choice need also to depend on the transaction you will made.

Actually the number of wallets where you store your bitcoins has nothing to do to lessen the risk but the right choice of wallet, to use those wallets efficiently. Online wallet such as mentioned above is a good one to pay your bills but not as a storage which like the person who also stated above to be stored in Electrun or Mycelium which is a hardware and lightweight wallet respectively since you have full control of your bitcoins.

Blockchain is a very good online wallet but Blockchain have a very large fee. Try to wear the Electrum wallet. The offline wallet has a better security level than online wallet(i think). which is a hardware and lightweight wallet respectively since you have full control of your bitcoins.

The best yet secured wallet for me is electrum. It can be downloaded in your smart phone or in desktop. Its an offline wallet and you will hold your private keys here. Choose wallet that have private keys or seeds so you're the only one that will have access to this. Dont use wallets that have third party as it's not so secured so don't store huge amount in there.

First of all you shouldn't store bitcoins online as no one knows when the website would get hacked or can run away with your bitcoins. I use electrum wallet on my pc which is quiet easy to setup and use. And on my android phone I use bitcoin code and zebpay( Indian bitcoin exchange app and bitcoin wallet).

What's wrong with Blockchain? I'm a newbie, but I have a Blockchain wallet. Should I move my Bitcoin?
It's only as secure as the machine you're accessing it with. Are you 100% confident that no one is keylogging or screengrabbing you? I don't think anyone can do that so it's better to move. They've had quite a few glitches too and their fee system seems to be struggling to stay relevant too. I see, thanks. I barely have any Bitcoin, but I will move them somewhere else at some point. Can someone also bypass the authenticator as well? I have been using blockchain since I have started my signature campaign. Do I really need to replace my blockchain wallet account even if I have 2FA on it? How come they are not secure? I haven't tried a withdrawal yet.

I was use bitcoin core wallet at my window it's an offline wallet and it's need a big harddisk space too it's need around 100 gb hdd space i think. But i use that wallet because i comfortable and already familiar with it because I also have hdd space that's big enough too and it's actually a safe place too, to keep your bitcoin safe. But there's also Electrum is good to use too and it's not really need a very big place like Bitcoin core
So i recomend to use Bitcoin core or Electrum
