When will the token become tradeable after the ICO ends?
There are no confirmed exchanges yet so short answer is that it wont be tradeable right after the ICO ends. Anybody think it's strange that eth price is crashing as these ICO funds are being collected? It should be the other way around, right? Shouldn't the demand for ether be increasing at this point? It's strange....I wonder who is dumping all the ether at this stage? I think we may see more of this behavior in the coming months so it could be a good opportunity to take out some shorts, right? I dont think its weird at all for 2 reasons... 1) There has been a couple hundred percent gain in ETH price in the last 2 months with very little to no correction... This price dip is needed for healthy growth. 2) All the funds being raised in ICO are being raised so they can be spent on development. In order to spend for development, part of the ETH raised will need to be cashed out. No worries here

Where's the support for their crappy app?? Each time I try to install it I'm asked for a backup password, but whatever I type in, I get "retry" and must enter it again!! WTF should I use as backup passwd??

Same with me, what a waste of time. Figured out a way around. You know that address you ahd at the top? if you saved that and go to it, you re enter the queue and your previous number and can immediately send your eth/btc. Didn't send as much as I would've though

Getting an error would have been no issue...

It was actually pretty simple. I don't get how people manage to trade with crypto, use wallets etc and fail at such a simple task as this ICO. I was also annoyed by having to wait but so far this procedure seems to be the fairest, already more than 33000 people were able to invest.

Were you asked a backup password as you installed the app, or is it just me?? What are we supposed to enter? It keeps saying "retry"

So here's a rookie question (and possibly a rookie mistake). I triple checked the amount I sent (was only able to buy $500). I sent it from Bittrex. Was I supposed to ADD the transaction fee to the amount I sent? I thought that it would send what I actually TYPED IN and take the transaction fee from my account. But now I'm worried.
Though on the confirmation email from Civic, there is a star next to my payment and it says transaction fees may have been deducted from your payment.
So I don't know. Will I just get rejected after spending my entire day figuring this out? Seems counter-intuitive to have to do the math and add the transaction fee after declaring what I wanted to send in the first place. Or am I worrying for nothing?

Hey I did exactly the same thing. The transaction fee made the amount I sent not exact as stated on the deposit page. So I sent the exact amount after. Not sure if this means all of my money will be returned or if the second and correct payment will be accepted.

I was thinking about resending but wouldn't you know it, I don't have that amount of bitcoin left in my account. Agh. Waited patiently all day and thought I did it correctly and now I have to worry that it'll just get rejected in the end. And I would gladly send the missing 0.001. Doesn't make sense that Bittrex would send 0.001 less than what I actually entered and asked it to send. Seems counter-intuitive. Or maybe it's fine and I'm wrong.

Hello. Can you please tell me if there is a bounty campaign?
Sorry we don't have one but there is a signature campaign you are welcome to join. Can I also join? As I know it is closed for new participants in the current moment, but the first week will ending this Friday already, so I think you may apply for your rank there for the case if some participant decided to leave it. Good luck!
