Hi there i bought some token at your website from my ether wallet, and i have questions ; how do i withdraw my token to my wallet because there is not withdraw button there, or it will automatic deposited to my wallet latter ?

thank you for your answer
Guys, can you please explain how and when tokens can be withdrawn from your site? Does it happen when an ICO is over and the coins start trading or is there another deadline and will there simply be a "withdraw" button? At this point your site might just as much be a scam and I have written multiple emails, I tweeted to you and I facebook messaged you. No reply. I think you should state on your website who the team is behind your site and how/when one can withdraw. I'd also love an answer to any of my messages. Thanks.

Hi there. Sorry for the delayed answer, we're doing the best we can to answer everyone as fast as possible. We really appreciate your feedback and are also in the process of creating an FAQ and updating our site so that this kind of information is more readily available to users.
So to answer your questions:
1) Yes, tokens can be withdrawn only when the ICO is over AND the tokens have been released to the market and become transferable. Before the ICO in question releases the tokens to the market it is technically impossible to withdraw them, as they are locked on a smart contract.
2) Yes, a 'Withdraw' button will appear in your ICObazaar user profile in the 'My Tokens' section as soon as the tokens become transferable.
3) The moment your tokens become transferable we will send you a notification email with instructions on how to withdraw.
4) Your tokens will not be automatically deposited in any wallet. They will remain in your user profile until you decide to withdraw them. Once they are transferable, you will be able to withdraw them to any wallet of your choice.
Again, very sorry for the delayed answer, we'll try to respond faster in the future!

I know there is an ICOcoin project that has sold the tokens about a month ago in China, and the aim of this project is to propose a kind of coins for ICO projects. What is your advantages over this one?

Ok, once I sign up for your service and participate in an ICO through your web site, how do I claim my tokens?  I ask because I participated in Civic through your web site, and it work exceptionally well especially give the log jam that surrounded that ICO.  Now CIV tokens are being traded on exchanges.  How to I claim my token from ICOBazzar?

I looked around the site and didn't find any guidance. I sent a request in through the web site a few days ago and have not herd back.  I guess likely everyone in this space over the last few month you guys are buried with requests...

Thx!

I am wondering this myself. I've sent two support emails, tweeted to them, and posted the same question on their facebook page. No repsonse. I'm beginning to wonder....

Good looking site plus concept but we would like to see the team behind icobazaar. It's also weird that none of the recent concerns from members on here are being addressed. Your 'About Us' page is also very 'shallow'. Not satisfactory enough.

Hey everyone, we are here! Sorry for not replying sooner, our Support team is way over capacity, we’re trying to fix that problem as we speak.
About withdrawing tokens from our site:
1) Tokens can be withdrawn only when the ICO is over AND the tokens have been released to the market and become transferable. Before the ICO in question releases the tokens to the market it is technically impossible to withdraw them, as they are locked on a smart contract.
2)When tokens become transferable, a 'Withdraw' button will appear in your ICObazaar user profile in the 'My Tokens' section https://icobazaar.com/me/tokens
3) The moment your tokens become transferable we will also send you a notification email with step-by-step instructions on how to withdraw.
4) Your tokens will not be automatically deposited in any wallet. They will remain in your user profile until you decide to withdraw them. Once they are transferable, you will be able to withdraw them to any wallet of your choice.

Very sorry for not making you wait to get this info, we’ve already updated our site to be more clear about this.
We appreciate your patience!

First of all, thanks for using our platform and the kind words.  We really appreciate your patience. Civic tokens (CVC) are in fact not yet being traded on exchanges, they still haven't been deployed. Once they're deployed you'll be able to withdraw them from our site. At that time you'll also get an email from us with step-by-step instructions for how to withdraw. You'll also see a 'Withdraw' button near your CVC in your ICObazaar account https://icobazaar.com/me/tokens. We're sorry about the confusion. Hope this clears things up!

How does one withdraw their tokens after buying them? Thanks!

Hi there, sorry for the delayed response, we're working to clarify this kind of info on our site.
Tokens must be released by the project that created them before your can withdraw from our site. Before that they are not transferable. As soon as you can withdraw, you’ll get an email from us w/ instructions and you’ll see a ‘Withdraw’ button near the tokens here https://icobazaar.com/me/tokens. Hope this helps!

Ahaaaa!!  someone is awake, thank you! you are welcome for the kind workds, as your site deservs it (assuming the token tranfer issue is taken care of) According to Cryptocompair.com CIV tokens are being traded on HitBTC and they are quoting prices, volume and individual trades.  The civic website and token sale site do not provide any indication if they have released the tokens, so I will take our word for it that you have not received notification from Civic yet.

Curious where the tokens on HitBTC came from (yes totally off topic for this discussion).  I don't think Vinney would let early institutional investors hit the market before the rest of us....

Thanks a lot Smiley about CVC tokens, yes it seems they are being traded on HitBTC. But no one can actually deposit or withdraw them. Civic has not deployed their tokens yet
