The payment would be per App. As I would be uploading the app to my account, so you need to provide me the apk files for the updated version and I would upload it. You won't need to pay again for updating the app.

+1. Also, you could just hijack someones app and insert malwares/ads if the app became really popular.

A real developer would need a full account of his own to update and control their apps, answer reviews and etc. Not that good idea to have someone to upload an app for you and have full control on your product.

i agree with him. If launching an app why not spend a few $$ more and have all control and security needed

No offense but I think a serious developer can pay $ 25 for publishing the app on Google Play, using his own account and being sure he is the only which has control over it.

I just wanted to give people the ability to publish their apps by just paying bitcoins, as google play store does not accept them as a form of payment.
I had signed up for developer account, but as currently I have no time to develop my apps, so I thought to earn few btc off it. I didn't have any malicious intentions.

His account name will appear as the developer of the app, and you'll just neef to send him the apk file for any updates
