They are lying to you, I have emailed them 7 times now with no response. They are not "in contact" with us. Unbelievable that they would say we need to be more helpful.
I'm doing everything I can to solve this but they are not responding to my emails.

Novaexchange is by far the least professional exchange out there. How can they go around saying that we're not helpful when they're not responding to ANY of my emails?
