That's not ethereum.... That's most likely advertisement for Monaco crowdsale which offers a debit card that can be funded by Ethereum. It has no direct connections with the actual ethereum tram I am pretty sure.
I'd say Maidsafecoin, it used to be a phenomenon when it came out but now it's pretty stagnant. Price has been extremely stable and suggests a big pump coming in the near future in my opinion.
