It's a shame us "regular" traders in the USA cannot invest in the ICO simply because we're not "accredited investors". The whole point of ICO's and the blockchain was to decentralize and make these things accessible to the everyday person...

9-10 lif token will cost 1 ETH , so 1lif token 120$ is a very high price for a 10 million market cap coin and for a new ICO. 900-100lif token for 1 ETH will be a nice price , you and your team should think about it.
Although the number of tokens they offer in of itself doesn't make a difference, you're right in that people who aren't familiar with economics will perceive it as being "expensive" and may deter them from investing... A high token prize might actually pose a problem when there will be trading on exchanges. It could leave you with such a small amount that nobody buys it, or that's too small to be traded, which will render part of the currency useless and forever locked on an exchange. A lower token prize doesn't really overcome this problem, but the part of the token that will be stuck in the exchange will be much less in value and would much less affect the financial position of that person and the availability of tokens.

Is the mining system based on a energy wasteful system like current bitcoin or something more environmentally reasonable?

The initial price isn't gonna be 9-10 Lif / 1 Eth which definitely would approximate to $120 per 1 Lif (at today's price). Instead, the team has updated on telegrame of the price as follows: during the first week 1ETH = 1000 Lif, and the second week 1ETH = 900 Lif. Though the total supply isn't specific, as it stated to revolve on the fly during the course of the TGE. That is to say we will get the total supply as distributed to investor by the end of the TGE.

2019 Q1: Decentralized Líf Exchange -> is that the moment your coin will be tradable on exchanges? No, Lif is issued after the ICO. No freezing time. It can be traded as soon as they're issued.

From the newsletter today:
" We will be announcing the sale page url shortly before the start of the token sale (February 1, 8am UTC). Get notified via newsletter. Only those contributions coming from registered accounts will be accepted, so make sure you register before sending your contribution."
So if I understood correctly we just have to wait and register on TGE-day and then send our contribution? I mean there is no way to register anything already, like mail, name eth address etc... right?

As long as you're in the newsletter you'll be kept up-to-date on everything! But yes, no need to register anything else before the ICO.

What about people who already made contributions do they need to register ? [/quote] No, presale contributers are fine. If you want to contribute more however, you'll have to go through registration during the ICO.

Hello,
what is the minimum amount of ETH which one needs to invest in the TGE?
the whitepaper states "...partially refunded...". What exactly does that mean? In the range of 10% or 50% or 90% ?
Thanks for clarifying.

The is no minimum. I don't think you could take two words out of context like that. The whitepaper explains exactly what it is.
