keep in mind most exchange are expecting bribes in form of big chuncks of the coin that will be listed, Maybe Aidos founder does not want to give away control.

With no buy support and no other exchanges, all the dev has to do is disappear and suddenly you're stuck with empty pockets holding some bags.

One major concern is that ADK is only listed on the ADK exchange. Super centralised in that currently Devs = Foundation = Exchange. Another concern is how there is no mention of IOTA copypasta in the "whitepaper" (very poorly written document).

I'd be relieved if it was as simple as saying "ADK is fundamentally different to other crypto and therefore cannot be trivially listed on any exchange" if IOTA didn't already exist. Bitfinex and now Binanace list IOTA. It should, to my understanding, be trivial to add ADK to either. I wouldn't be suprised if ADK had trouble convincing these exchanges to list the token given the developer's shady "whitepaper".

I hope I'm wrong about this token because $150m USD is significant and a lot of people could end up very financially distraught if it is just a cash grab.

First of all, I never said it's a scam. I just wouldn't be suprised (at all) if it turns out to be one. Huge market cap, centralized exchange, no product except for a wallet, recent pump and woops it's off the radar.
