On the order form... What does "...with compensation" mean? Is that British for "Insurance"? And how fast is "Fast Delivery" versus "Normal Delivery"?

Also, how do I specify what color I want? :-)

What kind or price are we talking per unit? Sorry if this seems a dumb thing to ask.

1.99BTC per unit + 0.01 FEE + SHIP fee

These only do 300MH/s right?

If thats the case, then why wouldnt i just buy a video card that can also mine scrypt and get more hashpower? This miner is NOT a good deal.

Yes, a lot of peole were disappointed with the price when it was announced. I would say it will probably never break even. I'd like to buy one just because it's cute and I can afford it (I still expect to mine back at least half of its price).

This only applies to the investment costs, not the operating (i.e. power) costs.

Same for me, that also explains why I don't mind the ridiculously huge expedited shipping price (over $100 from UK to Switzerland for a USB stick). It's more of a "collector" toy for me, and I just converted a share of AM that I bought cheap and sold very expensive to buy that toy. I don't mind if I never break even on that one ;-)

It is never a good idea to talk about tax matters in public. PM the seller.

Isn't 360 device? Well anyway it is not such big difference. So 40(300) or 34(360) would be the same as a blade. And that one is 50BTC. Well by same logic blade will also not pay it self out. But they are still bought. Same goes for Avalon... Yes they are expansive but they are using only 0,5W... You can run them till they stop working...

You can increase my order from 3 to 5: BV in the Netherlands

Job done!

On the order form... What does "...with compensation" mean? Is that British for "Insurance"? And how fast is "Fast Delivery" versus "Normal Delivery"?

Also, how do I specify what color I want? :-)

Well, I am not sure if I can promise there will be all colours available. Friedcat did not specified how he working with the colours distribution.

Oh, I almost forgot... That option is for oversea buyers. There is not really big difference between fast and normal delivery in UK. Yes, the compensation is to insure the package content.

Just pre-ordered one.

Will we receive a PAID VAT invoice ?

Yes.

Augusto,

I see we already have 315/325 orders.  Should we close it this group buy, collect payments and place an order?

Thanks,
Peter

It sounds reasonable as the initial target was 300, maybe A+C should start a new batch for subsequent orders, if interested?
I'm also interested about the payment terms (i.e. when), now that we have reached the target quantity.

I think he wants to order 325 now; it is 318 so far.
Some extra might be a good idea since someone might not pay...

Do you mean that you'll be sending the invoices on Monday?  I haven't received mine yet if you sent them already.

I don't get it.  Why is to total number changing from 300 to 325 now 330.  What is the point?
I say close this group buy and place an order, no?

Augusto, why are you increasing the total?
BTW, one day of delay is 0.0135 BTC at current difficulty  Grin
