I'll take 5 units if you have some unpaid orders that need filling
Looks like there's still demand from people willing to pay. What do you think about setting a "pay by" date and then sell off the unfunded units to people who are ready to put up the BTC? For what it's worth I'd be willing to take on a couple more if it would help get this order moving. |

- There are newcomers that want to place an order but it's closed already
...I would start a new GB instance (call it "batch 2" or whatever), where you would take new orders, and you could promote orders from list #2 to list #1 if you fail to reach the minimum 300 because of unpaid orders. |

190 units from 46 orders paid for so far. So we need 110 more units to be paid for, if you don't get that 100 order then you're going to have problems, if you don't get that 40 order as well then there're not enough orders for the minimum 300.
Maybe try and get word from that big order and see if they intend on collecting funds to pay, no one else in the list really matters at this point, trying to get payments from the other 46% will take a lot longer than the single big order.

Up to next Monday. Hurry up! Monday is here  With the new minimum of 50 units at https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=217104.0 It would be wise for everyone to get their payments in ASAP so we can get 300 or more units paid for. If not, it is up to A+C to decide when order is sent (obviously we are over 50 units paid for). |

with the new reduction in minimum order, unless it impacts our shipping costs A+C might as well start putting in some 50 orders
we dont want to be at the back of the queue is the other group buys start getting their 50 orders in!

I agree ..he may as well just order himself. I am glad you got your wallet fixed. I ordered with this buying group as it seemed it was going to go thru before any of the others but now with the lower unit number of 50 to place order I would be better off ordering from the group here in the US as they are placing their order in about 7 hours. If I can cancel my 10 unit order here without jeopardizing this group order and can get my refund sent back within a couple of hours that would be great, if not I will stay put. |

I can understand if he wants to discontinue here and order for himself. I feel responsibility to continue here because others with smaller orders are counting on everybody in this group. I won't let anybody down just to get the Erupters a bit cheaper by ordering 50 units. But I do want to get my hands on them asap. I would really be disappointed if our group takes longer to get our Eruptors than people now ordering 50 units. |

Point is OP put considerable effort into organizing this deal and would end up with much lower income.
Such a shame that about half of this group buy is done by lame ducks. Hopefully I´ll never have to deal with any of them. I bet those 100 pcs have been ordered from friedcat directly today.

Although I fully understand why some would jump to a group buy closing/ordering/delivering sooner, it would be unfair on the others who have committed to buy. +1 Where is Augusto, BTW? We have 233 paid. I wanted to switch groups (if I can) to speed up the delivery (and save a bit on shipping). UK vs Detroit. I'm only few hours from where CanaryInMaine is. The other group closes in 3 hours, so it does not look like I'm going to make it. Unless Augusto reads my email and does the refund. I just sent you a message |
