Yes I think, because what would they do in their money? Do they sleep on a bed of dollars? Probably not. So they look for a company that their money can grow and even make it more higher, they invest it so after a span of time, it will grow.

I think yes. Why? Because we all know that they are very updated to whats happening in this world. We dont even know when and where did it start. Probably yes,  they do. If those billionaires are not afraid of having any loss in investment, and understand bitcoin and it's volatility,  they must invest in bitcoin. Besides for them it will give an opportunity to earn more profit. In reverse, if they have no idea what is bitcoin,  then they must not invest in it.

Indeed, they are millionaires at present because of their risk taking power. Without having guts for taking risky steps, you can never ever stand out of crowd. Why wouldn't they? Billionaires have so much money that it doesn't cost much for them to invest into Bitcoin right now. IT is still cheap for them because $20,000 is nothing to a billionaire.

Yes you are right, they wouldn’t like to miss a single chance of earning, but still that doesn’t mean that all of them are into Bitcoin. There are some billionaires that wouldn’t like to invest in bitcoin, cause they see it as illegal and something worst than any other form of investment. But I still think many of them invest in bitcoin, that’s why the price rate keeps going high.
