Since the change of ownership. Hive team collaborated to the kalmia blockchain team which brings additional work force for hiveterminal development. All the info was clearly stated on that medium article you posted above tho. That change of ownership gives huge impact on the project development because the team can speedup and hit there roadmap on time.

I think you mistaken this hiveterminal to this one (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/hive-blockchain/).
You are on the wrong announcement thread which agreeably confusing since they have same project name before until this project change to hiveterminal.

I believe they don't have any official bitcointalk.org announcement thread so better to post that news on there community or start a new thread for them here.

There is silence from long time no update made what the is current status of this project even in ongoing bull run there is no sign of life so that worry situation if it will continue like this. The team have to show their presence in social media channels and share the updates to catch the attention of new investors.

Actually the project is very much alive.
It recently got acquired by a VC and there in the proces of expanding into Germany, Switserland and Austria with their Enterprise offering.
