Another major Korean exchange has added litecoin. This can only benefit LTC as it's already traded as a large percentage of its volume on Korean exchange Bithumb.

I have bee. Looking at litecoin price for the last 2 weeks and it is very stable.
It has been stuck in the middle $50 mark which is remarkable given all the movement around it with bitcoin and other alts.

Kid I have held Litecoin since it was $5 and I still have them to this day. I've been around the block for many years. I have seen coins come and go, you say there are 200 coins? Try over 100,000 billion coins throughout history. They have all come and challenged the Bitcoin the king, they have all been slaughtered like cows in a slaughterhouse (which is a really fucked up comparison btw).

There is no coin to ever beat Bitcoin. I am also looking forward to the years ahead. Every newly created coin is technically superior to Bitcoin, but will any of them dethrone the first? The best? No.

It's the gold of the cryptocurrency world, it is what everyone wants, it is what everyone lusts after. Bitcoin is the lord king holy grail of the crypto community and it will forever be.

Altcoins are shitcoins bruh. Every single alt coin is influenced by Bitcoin going up or down. No alt coin in existence has any effect on the entire market, while Bitcoin has total control of it.

The only reason altcoins have any value is that they can be traded for bitcoin really easily, a lot more easily than money for Bitcoin for example. That's the only reason altcoins have any value.

Who gives a shit about the features of ANY coin? Wow this coin can have online storage features or this coin can host smart contracts. WHO GIVES A FUCK? There are already hard drives that cost $50 that store 5tb and you would have to spend $5000 in alt coin tokens just to get that storage space. Smart contracts are retarded, there are already existing software MUCH FASTER AND MUCH BETTER than smart contracts ever will be.

I bet I probably have a lot more alt coins invested than you, but I still think alt coins are shit compared to the almighty Bitcoin. People want Bitcoin because it is rare and valuable. You can pick up a billion shitcoins, but even if you do, it won't be worth anything compared to the BTC.

The only reason I have altcoins is for fun. When I'm serious about making money, it is all in Bitcoin. I don't trust ANY of the other coins to hold their value, because they can't fucking hold their value. Bitcoin is the only one I know that is worth anything. I don't care if you have 100 Ethereum, one single Bitcoin is worth more than that, the market just doesn't realize it yet.

Litecoin has surely improve sibce the implementation of the lightning network the transaction is faster, the fees are lower and become a substitute for profitable mining. Just have to wonder why is it still stack on the sam price after many years and can it handle the volime of users if there is an scenario that bitcoin also invested on LTC ?

If the whales want to buy more Litecoin, they won't pump the price of Litecoin currently, because they need to buy a huge amount of Litecoin with cheap price for their bags. Beside that, the price of Litecoin has bounced in past days. I think it can keeps the USD rates more than $50.

For me, Litecoin is one of cryptocurrency for long term investment instead of short term like Ethereum, Stellar or other top 20 coins on coinmarketcap. Because its value not only depends on the price of Bitcoin, it still depends on its community want to support this coin increase the price or not. You can see when the Bitcoin price increased fastly, no one wants to buy Litecoin, they just buy more Bitcoin and sell Litecoin. So, in my opinion, Litecoin follow the price of Bitcoin may is gone.
